This is our second visit here at the auramar I took my mum for a special birthday, on arrival there was a bottle of champagne and 2 glasses which was lovely. We had room 301 which was absolutely perfect it had been recently renovated and the views were absolutely stunning. I can not fault this hotel for what we paid...

Yes ok, we were in a group of 10 and on a stag but that doesn't excuse some of the negatives of this place. The immediate sight of a run down and dated hotel, unwelcoming staff at reception and later in each bar, basic and unstructured all inclusive meals, a really cold pool, and vintage (but poor) standard rooms. The...

On arrival staff were very busy so had to wait to check-in. A bit disappointed as I had to wait till 3:00pm to get into our rooms. Was staying in B Block which required some TLC. Room: On one day I had water dripping from upstairs in the bathroom, rusty pipework and ceiling in poor condition in the bathroom. The...

All the alcohol is not watered down so be warned lol Great pool area and dining area with sea views. Block D is the best...

My family and I have just returned from a week long stay here. On first impressions my heart sank, the hotel smelt of sewers. The rooms are very dated, looks like a step back in time to the 70's. No hairdryer in room. Poor air conditioning system. Old fashioned TV with 1 English Channel which only shows the news. The...

hotel very dated, could do with a refurbish. we stayed end of March to 2nd April. We had terrible storms and rain for the first three days. Were woken early the next couple of days by builders making repairs. Staff friendly. I don't think hairdryers should be hired for your complete stay. They should be hired for a couple of...
