We stayed at Azelindas for four nights and was very pleased with our experience. Azelinda herself stays at the guesthouse in a separate apartment most of the time and she was very nice and helpful. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside the old city wall and it is only a ten minute walk from the city centre,...

The "guesthouse" which we never have seen is run by and lady. She adress is her private house. We were looking for one hour to find the guesthouse until we met her by accident. Then she brought us to the accomodation. It was the flat of an old man, where the sleeping room was emptied for us. We were not...

I was there for 3 days in June 2014. It is run by a lady. She is really caring and good behaving. The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the central point of Lagos and it is also very cheap. The view of the whole town and the ocean can be seen from the terrace. What I liked the...

I would certainly stay here again if I return to Lagos, was ideal - clean, cheap, friendly and perfect location. Finding the Guesthouse A lot of people seem to be saying it's impossible to find. Simply type the address into google maps, and follow the directions and you'll get to block D on Rua 28 De Setembro. It really wasn't...

My friends and I backpacked through Europe for five weeks- and this is my second time traveling through Europe- So I know a good place from a bad one. This one was a bad one. Location is the only good thing about this place (although it was almost impossible to find at first). It's a few minutes walk away from...

A. is a caring hostess and more then willing to assist you. She cleans the rooms every day. At first it was a bit hard to find but the location is great and just a few minutes walk from everything you need. The rooms are great but we got there as a couple and got separate beds, also there was...

When we arrived at azelindas we were concerned as the place had stray dogs at the bottom of the flats and looked like housing commission. After pulling our luggage up to the top of the apartment she told us we were staying down the road at a different place. When we got there we were relieved as it was a...

we stayed in a quite big room, with kitchen available and bathroom in common with another room. it's an average place, but out from the very centre of the tiny city of lagos, almost like 10 minutes walk. next time i'll chose a location closer to the center. but the area is quite, silent and with good possibilities of parking...

Zelinda is like a fairy godmother when you stay here. We arrived quite early and rang only to get some directions - but in 10 minutes she was at the bus station to pick us up. We stayed in a double with shared bathroom and were lucky to be sharing with another awesome couple. Theres a TV and safe in...

“We were in one of the two ground floor rooms in house 1A, it had 2 single bedrooms and a double sofa bed (each in separate rooms) with a connected shower room/toilet. Was a great room and really good value for two of us!”
