We had an amazing stay at algarve surf hostel last month. The hostel has an incredible communal vibe. We shared breakfast each morning and most dinners as well. The girls that worked at the hostel (Emily, Gen and Catherine) were so lovely and friendly and baked every afternoon for us. The only reason we gave this hostel a four instead...

Awesome staff, always cooking really good food. Really friendly laid back place that feel more like a house rather than a hostel and its in a great location. Good music and loads of guitars lying around. Spent 8 days there and would defiantly go back. Defiantly worth a visit.

Amazing little hostel, really warm and helpful staff. Breakfasts were amazing. And the encourage you to pack a lunch (included in the breakfast). Could easily spend a month here. The vibe is amazing and the hostel just adds to it. Can't wait to go back. Emily was especially super helpful, even calling the train services, while I was out surfing,...

Food, friends and surf. Couldn't ask for a more welcoming and comfy place to stay while surfing. Truly like a little community. The ideal place to stay and chill with likeminded people and have a few beers, watching the sunset. The breakfast is also so delicious and made with love by the staff

Sagres is a fantastic city, and so is this hostel. The staff makes you feel like home and gives you a relaxed hang-loose surfers atmosphere. They'll take you to the closeby restaurants and bars, or you can stay home and cook your own dinner. They also make you a good breakfast and they have comfortable beds that provides a good...

“The rooms are allocated by the host and I believe are pretty much the same throughout. But I guess you could ask for rooms on the main entrance side. On the rear side the hostel has an outdoors/bar area and although the music goes off around half eleven at night, guests might stay up till late talking.... Just go surfing all day and you'll be too exhausted to care really.”
