It's evident this hotel has been recently refurbished. From the reception to the bedrooms, good taste decoration and a modern look gave it an interesting upgrade. The parking (underground) is free for guests, as well as the Internet access. The pool looked great, although the outside temperature prevented its use. It even has a gym with some fitness options. Only...

The hotel location is good, i was there to spend the night before going to Lisbon. They advertise a spa on location. During my stay i went 2 times trying to book services, the folks were not there, and were not available. I would suggest taking this service "in house" or doing away with it. The staff in the front...

Excellent hotel, central to main train station (and McDonalds!) and the old town. Modern hotel and extremely good value to it's neighbouring hotel. The only let down was the breakfast was basic and lacking more hot options.

Too far out of Coimbra - and not a pleasant walk back; grubby bathroom, dirty fridge, no character (you could be anywhere). Wish I was only staying 1 night not 2. The room they wanted to give us stank of smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. But at least they moved us. Free parking is a bonus.

The Dona Ines is a modern hotel, with modern decor in the rooms. Everything functions well, including the wi-fi. Rooms are of decent size, the bathrooms sleek and spacious, and the breakfast is good, with a decent selection of options. The attached restaurant serves good food as we ate there one evening for dinner, enjoying a nicely cooked piece of...

Very nice Hotel, hotel recently refurbished. Good Breakfast, nice and friendly staff. The Restaurant as a Buffet Menu with a very “nice” price. The Swimming-pool is average, but no sun most of the day. Best cost/benefit at Coimbra with good location.

Very comfortable hotel when traveling with kids. We had very big double communicating rooms. The hotel has a great pool and nice lounge area Unfortunately the wifi didn't work and the breakfast was very poor

We stayed here on Sunday night en route between the Algarve and Bilbao. The foyer and public rooms were modern in style and décor and the room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. The bathroom tiling was not perfect - unusual for Portugal - but everything was clean. The breakfast was ample and served in an...

We booked this hotel after reading the good reviews on Tripadvisor. When we came into our room we noticed immediately the dirt on the walls in the old bathroom. We went back to the lady at the reception and she promised us to have the bathroom cleaned again. After we came back to our room the bathroom still was not...

The Dona Ines provided the perfect atmosphere and support for a vacation/travel in Coimbra. It is located near the center of the city and is within easy walking distance of most of the city. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The staff answered all our questions and helped us to obtain...
