Myself and my wife Ann spent four nights in this hotel from 8th to 11th September and we had a great experience. Hotel is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Cascais and you have the benefit of using the pool facilities of its sister hotel, The Albatross, located within 5 minute walk. The room was lovely and...

We stayed here for three nights at the end of August in the room at the top - no 360 - with the 360 degree views. There is a lift up to the floor below but you have to walk the last few steps up so do take that into consideration. However the views in the room are totally worth...

We enjoyed two nights here recently, after staying in Lisbon we caught the little train to Cascais (45 mins) which was very easy even with 2 large suitcases. Cascais is a pretty little seaside town with good fish restaurants and small beaches dotted along the coast. Villa Cascais was very comfortable with spacious, clean rooms and pretty views. Wifi is...

We had 4 nights in this lovely boutique guesthouse. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was just right and the best scrambled eggs we've had anywhere. Located centrally overlooking the bay and easy walking to the restaurants and shops and beach. Perfect place to people watch! Would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The blue in our room makes it a bit dark especially as there is no frosted glass in the bathroom. We were directky opposite another building so had to keep the shutters closed! The breakfast on the balcony is superb!

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely guesthouse in Cascais. It is perfectly located by the beach, and in more quiet area of town. You feel right at home here, as there are not too many rooms, and roommate really spacious and have a very warm feel.. "Cascais" From Lisbon.. You can get the train in "Cais Do Sodre" last...

Caiscais has a friendly village atmosphere. A few minutes walk to the train station to go to Lisbon and Belem. Lovely pretty beaches and a bonus being able to use the pool at their sister hotel The Albatross.

Villa Cascais is a beautiful, classy hotel with stunning views of the water from their restaurant. The rooms are well decorated with the obvious blue and gold combination making their hotel memorable. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good. I did however find this hotel very expensive for what it was- the value was just not there for me.

This hotel wonderful. The room I have is on the top floor and has fantastic views over the bay from my three (thats right three!) terraces. The restaurant is wonderful as is the bar and its terrace. The guesthouse itself used to be an old aristocratic home. The lift only reaches the second floor so you need to keep this...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A unique villa in the centre of a special village. Once an aristocratic residence of the 19th century, today a small luxury guesthouse with 11 luxurious rooms located on the Bay of Cascais, in the historical centre and next to the Fisherman's Beach. VillaCascais is where you can enjoy the magic of Cascais, the small houses, narrow alleyways, cobblestone pavements, the smell of the sea and the faded lights... everything that characterizes this village. This charming guesthouse offers elegant accommodation, with a mix of modern and vintage decor. VillaCascais features fine outdoor dining providing guests with stunning views of the bay and the village. The restaurant - Reserva by Olivier - has strong Portuguese influences, based on the best quality national ingredients. An expansive drink by the glass wine list, carefully hand-picked, gives it its distinctive character. Transfers from and to the Lisbon airport can be arranged on request. The Cascais Train Station is a 5-minute walk away. ... more   less
