1* for WiFi. No plug in sink, not much light anywhere. Cleaner threw away our medicine & night manager makes Basil Fawlty look like Ghandi Lady at reception is very good. Location is okay but up a bit of a hill. Considering the risk we took coming here not good enough

Dear Damionc938, Firstly may we apologise for the disappointment you felt during your recent stay. Although we are 2 star we do aspire to offer service of the highest level and this is normally the case. On this occasion however we have fallen short of these standards. Our overwhelming feeling when reading and responding to these reviews is that it is our staff who truly make the difference and we are very proud of their efforts and understanding of customer service. We have checked with the team that had made your room and discussed your comments to try to identify how and where we fell short. They said there was a used mask on the bag, was on the floor looking like a trash, despite not being in the trash. Can we also apologise if there was not enough light for you in the bedrooms. There are to spot lamps and on request, we could add another one for you. Also the plug for the sink could be demand. We would say we do listen to our reviewers. Were feasible changes are made on constructive guest feedback. . We know you have ridiculed this sentiment but We do genuinely wish that you will return to the resort and permit us the opportunity to show you what We feel, and the overwhelming majority of our reviewers feel, we are capable of. Best regards, Nadir Nunes

The girls is close to the station and the beach, with all its restaurants and promenade coast walk. Mother's have mentioned the noise...the hotel is on a busy road and although the building was quiet the roar if motor bikes outside was a little disturbing. Breakfast was adequate but not special, rooms clean and staff helpful

Simple rooms. Great location for bus or train. Can get everywhere and end up right back near the water and the wonderful walkway. Breakfast works. Nadij at the front desk is wonderful. Will help any way that she can.

The cleaning staff and front desk day staff are outstanding. The location is perfect. The malecon and beach are right there. The heater worked well in the room. Comfortable and quiet room. Some English channels. The breakfast was meager and the kitchen staff preoccupied, but it’s fine for a morning coffee.
