Let’s start with the fact that I did mistake with my booking, and I booked one day less. 3 days before my flight I realised that my flight is the day before my booking. I called the website that i won’t mention where I did my reservation from. They told me (obviously lazy to work) that they can not add an extra day and I should call the hotel. But the thing they didn’t know is that I already called the hotel and hotel told me that they can not offer me the same price for the room as this price is from the website that i booked my room. Then I called again to the hotel and explained the situation. I agreed with the new price which was 25 euros more. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and lovely - Catia Andrade! A few hours later I got an e-mail informing me that she managed to pull the price that I had from the booking website, boom +25 euros back into my bank account. Happy times. When We have arrived everyone was smiling, welcoming and listening to what we have to say before talking. Such a respect and attitude. Everyday, each person we met was just on point. I was stupid enough to forget my scale (i am boydbuilding competitor and i have to eat by grams), they managed to find me profession chef’s scale to make sure that I am on point with my meals - just in 2 hours, 3 people took my request very seriously! Rooms are cosy and tidy, every day cleaned. For most people they would look old school - socialist times, but I love it. Good vibe. That would be the only reason why I would give 4 star, but hey the hotel is 4 star too.. ahah Long story short - I RECOMMEND THEY HOTEL AND MOSTLY THE STAFF MEMBERS!

Stayed for a week here had room 1305 with a panoramic view over the Estoril Cascais coast. A short walk to Estoril casino and right near the station. Staff are friendly and eager to please. They found me a restaurant which served Rabbit stew. Loved Monte Estoril with its palatial buildings and nice restaurants.Must go back.

We spent a few nights here in sept 2020 the protection measures against Covid infection were really high without being restrictive in any way. I must say the staff in this hotel are the nicest and most accommodating I have ever encountered. A great tip is use the restaurant not many guests did when we were there and the food is first class and extremely inexpensive and nothing is to much trouble for the staff we were a group of 4 we each had different meals and all agreed they were delicious. The location of the hotel is a short walk down a side Rd and some steps to the beach or monte estoril train station where you can travel to Lisbon around 30 min or a further short walk right about 2k takes you to cascais 500m left to estoril. The hotel really is great value and of course cascais is a gem

Third time I have stayed here and always great service - Eden has always been spotlessly clean and during these covid times even more so which is of course important. Superb breakfast, great pool (perfect temperature) and attentive friendly staff. We love the location as only a short walk along the lovely promenade to either cascais or Estoril and minutes from the direct train to Lisbon (30 mins journey) Looking forward to returning soon!

Stayed in Lisbon this time last year and thought that this was a much better location. Next to the train station a 30 minute very pleasant ride into Lisbon. Cascia is 10 minutes to walk into along the sea front or a 5 minute walk along the road passing an Auchan supermarket. Estoril is much the same 10 minute walk into town. Beaches are beautiful sandy clean. Room had a good layout kitchenette, bath, sofa, balcony with extra large comfortable beds also kept beautifully clean. Had read furnishings were dated but they are very well made and nice quality so it would be a shame to update them just for something fancy. Lovely breakfast. Swimming pool and fitness room quiet but was out of season. Excellent staff and service. Great find.
