The hotel is good. The staff is friendly. We were a group from Lebanon. It was a religious visit. The location is the best as it is the nearest to the shrine. Breakfast was fair, it has not big variety. It was fine.

We stayed here as part of a tour in late Sept 2016 - and what a surprise this place was. This is a chain run hotel with a difference - staff that are interested in what they do and are friendly. There was no hassle or bustle and nothing was a problem The location is were you want it to... More

This is as about as close as you can get to the Shrine and Basilica grounds. The Hotel was nice. Clean modern rooms with decent sized marble bathrooms and embroidered towels. There is a large lounge advertising Happy Hour, but one time it was unstaffed, another only one poor young man working alone. It is nice though. Our banquet dinner... More

The location is amazing. The people were very friendly. It is a hotel worthy of the name: Hotel Fatima. We enjoyed great dinners. Our pilgrimage to Fatima was a renewing experience. This coming year will be especially rich as it is the 100th anniversary of the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary to the shepherd children.

In reality, I did not stay in the hotel but had lunch in the restaurant. It was so good I want to leave a review. The waitress are very nice, the food excellent: looked like home food. Location is very good as well as it is nearby the Sanctuary.

I went on a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima with Ave Maria Pilgrimage. They booked us (18pp) at this lovely, clean and very welcoming hotel. You only have to walk across the street to get to the main shrine et al. The hotel staff were very professional, with high standards and dressed in suits. The food... More

The Hotel Fatima is a pleasant 4 star accommodation located within the centre of town. There are several positives in staying here. Firstly, a reasonable tariff and a satisfactory buffet breakfast are on offer. The rooms were very clean, modern, comfortable, very quiet and fairly well sound-proofed. Good Wi-Fi speed with connections both available within your room and the public... More

Very convenient for attractions being a step or two from the cathedrals and square. Nice rooms. Bar service was sparse especially as it was happy hour could do with a permanent bar person over that time. Breakfast nice. Dinner was ok Small salad lettuce that was it. Delicious chicken.

Very nice hotel. Proper bed that does not make too much noise. The air conditioning works. The room is clean and tidy. It's directly opposite Fatima. The food is good and the staffs are helpful. Near to shopping facilities and also if you wish to eat out there are a lot of eating places nearby.

So, what can I say? I love this hotel. The breakfast could be better - seems the range of choices was reduced? Nice staff, as usual. My only complaint is that they always put me in the room furthest from the elevator! Are they trying to tell me something about my need for exercise? Lol!! The proximity to the Apparition... More
