If you exist from the baixa Chiado metro station you are more a less 150 metres away from Chiado Arty Flats and their are no stairs it is the easiest way. Please do not exit in Rossio as Booking shows because then you have a long way up on about 250 step. Any other quaestion you need answered please dont hesitate to ask.
