Would not go to this hostel a second time! The staff is very unfriendly and the whole hostel is filthy! In addition to this would be careful with leaving money in the hostel as it is likely to disappear while nobody is in the room!...More

Hello Thank you for your feedback!
Regarding your claims we did investigate and contacted you.
You were staying in shared dorm with other people , there are lockers to be used under the bed and also safes to be rent outside the room. We provide...More
The hostel is located in a fantastical historic building, on a hilltop in the Old Town, providing excellent views. It's clean and has an awesome spacious common area. On the downside, the service was polite but surprisingly unfriendly. It's quite a big establishment and therefore...More
I've been in this hostel for 4 nights at the end of august.
Staff pretty helpful and kind but not really friendly.

Please go there! No doubt it's one of the best locations, people and service. I loved my stay there. Breakfast is super nice, terrace is amazing, view is breathtaking. They are always trying to accomplish tourists requests in the best way.
Totally loved it!
Enjoy a cocktail, discover a jazz club, hit the dance floor or simply grab a beer and catch up with your friends in the street: Bairro Alto, Bica and Cais do Sodré are the core of it all. Amazing rooftops, restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, museums and theaters abound. Start off by admiring the river from the Santa Catarina belvedere, have a cocktail at PARK's rooftop bar, try a typical Portuguese steak, or
the fresh grilled fish, at Príncipe do Calhariz, and later explore the dozens of streets full of bars and clubs! Whether you're visiting for a day or a whole week, make sure you visit Bairro Alto and its surroundings.
