This was our first visit to an ibis. The hotel is centrally located to the bus station Sete Rios, train station- Jardim Zoologico (Blue Line) and the city sightseeing tours. Had read a lot about the ibis hotels being clean and comfortable, experienced it for the first time here. The checkin was very quick. The hotel staff was very efficient...

Thank you for sharing your comments. We are happy to have provided a positive first experience at an Ibis hotel. Indeed, we do not have a kettle in the room. You may, however, get hot water at the bar, it is open 24 hours per day. Regards

If you have planned to go sightseeing and not spending time in the hotel, Ibis is good option. Clean and basic rooms, good beads, nice "eat as much as you can" breakfast with a reasonable price. Had a room in the first floor and we heard voices from the planes which fly over the hotel and room doors didnt't block...

We had a nice room on the upper floor and it was fine.the staff are VERY friendly and helpful and the bar/cafe is very good! Location is a little out of the way but very close to the Metro so not a problem. If returning to Lisbon would stay again!

the hotel was a little better than expected but the staff were very poorly informed about local ameneties. I asked for details of where the airport transfer bus stopped and was given completely wrong directions by the manager and a "no idea" response from another member of staff. I would have thought that this should be fundamental for front desk...

The hotel is under fligth corridor to the airport. The planes serve as good orientation point but there is a lot of noise outside of the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised how well the windows dampen the sound, with closed window the sound was barely audible. My sleep quality was excellent.

A good stay, the rooms were clean, check in process was smooth. Staff helped us with planning our trip, you can inquire about the daily city tours in the reception. The hotel is close to Sao Sebastio, Sete Reos and Pracade Espanha metro stations.

The reason that I select this hotel is because they allow stay with your dog during your travel, and there isn't limit of size of dog. The cost of dog is 15€/ per night. The location of the hotel is around 4 km from historic district, I think its better option to business travel. The customer care is good. The...

We stayed only for a night, but I would stay here again if I was in Lisbon. For a budget hotel it is nice and clean. It is small, but not too small (for European standards). Bathroom/shower were also decent size. There is a small tv in the room, with channels from different countries. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There...

An excellent breakfast, I liked the different types of bread, the fruit salad. Polite and nice staff on the reception , in the restaurant, and in the breakfast room. Room are cleaned and nice to sleep. The kitchen opened during 24 hours is excellent. I'll return to this hotel.
