I had problems connecting to the internet in my room and when I complained they said that there is no problem with the wi-fi! It was easy to connect in the lobby, but not in the room (I was at the 3rd floor)!

The regular Ibis standard in a good location in Lisbon. Subway and rail network are only 200 meters away, so you can get downtown in 15 minutes. A bit shortstaffed for checkin/checkout. Breakfast is above average for an Ibis, however there are no hot dishes such as eggs and bacon. Good value in the end.

Service The service was good, the staff seemed friendly. There was no map offered on arrival but i think this is common in most hotels now, they tend to only give one when you ask. i suspect this is to keep costs down, considering a lot of people wouldn't need a map it probably makes logic. The room was really...

I was very satisfied with the hotel. The room were very clean, and the area of the room was appropriate. The only bad point about this hotel was that the breakfast was expensive a little. Moreover, The staff were very warm.

Very clean, friendly and comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. Nice quiet room. A bit further from the airport than I expected. Also, pretty chaotic at check out in the morning, seemed like a bit understaffed for all the people waiting to be attended to.

I love this chain. They give you pretty much the same in any of their hotels which is a comfortable bed in a no frills, but very functional room for less than 1/2 the price of most other hotels in the area. Although they say it is a 2* hotel, the beds are way better than some 4* hotels we...

We have picked the hotel for its location as we needed to be close to this area. Everything was really exceeding expectations of the 2 stars hotel. The rooms are nice, good size and clean. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. The service -- polite.

It's perfect for those who don't have to stay in hotel. If' a very comfortable room and also a big toilet. It's very close to the airport (8 min by car) and that's why you can not sleep with window open :) . It's very clean. Maybe it would be nice to add some more food to breakfast menu (eggs for example)

Thank Alina C
