This is a hotel where upper management clearly does not put any effort into. It maintains (barely) a decent service level but never exceeds expectations. The room was clean with a good bed and pillows. Prepare for a wait at the front office for check in/out and that the pool area is in the shade half of the day. The...

I am a regular Marriott customer that is why I usually choose Marriott Lisbon most of the times I stay in the Portuguese capital city. It is also very convenient because of the large and easy access car park, which is rare in Lisbon hotels. The rooms are ok, but need some renewing. The bathrooms are definitely outdated and you...

Views can be different depending on if you are a long term visitor or a bus tour visitor/short term visitor. We stayed at this hotel over a month and our views are based upon this long stay. This hotel seems to be a bus tourist hotel. Should Lisbon Marriott really use the pure Marriott Brand name? Who rated this hotel...

This will be a long, but honest review and my first every poor review of a hotel. My friend PRE-PAID this hotel online and gifted the room to me and my girlfriend for a 7 night stay in August. First things first, we had an early flight from Ireland and so tried to check in at 10.50. We were told...

After an amazing stay in Barcelona we traveled to Lisbon for a few days and were disappointed by the overall quality of the Marriott. As a Gold member I had access to the lounge which in my opinion was dirty especially the outdoor terrace. The breakfast was not very good. In the evenings by the time we got up there...

We came with our family of 4 in August. My husband had meetings for business so we had to stay in the area. Let me first say that the hotel could use some updating but when you pull up...the bellmen are so professional and come and open the door for you etc. After they loaded up our luggage AND my...

Check into this hotel on 10th June 14, as my flight back to Malaysia was on the next day. I choose this hotel because it was ten minutes away from the airport by taxi. Hotel is a gem. Great location & the staff is friendly & helpful. The air conditioning worked great as some European hotels do not. Hotel is short cab ride to town where all the beautiful sites are located. Would recommended highly.

We were in Lisbon for the Optimus Alive festival during the second week in July and had an enjoyable stay here. The room was very nice, with extremely comfortable beds. People seem to be complaining that it was far away from the city centre however it was only about 6-7 euros in a taxi which is extremely reasonable. I think...
