Stayed for 4 nights with my wife in junior suite with club access. Check in was excellent and all the staff we came into contact from the doormen to cleaning women were all first rate. The hotel can't be faulted it is really a first class facility. Was treated very well in club breakfasts and happy hour all being excellent.

Excellent location. Across from Parque Eduardo VII and meters from Marquês de Pombal. Stroll on-to Av. da Liberdade (boulevard with bars and restaurants) all-the-way to Rossio and on-wards (20 minutes) to Rio Tajo. The almost 270* view from the rooms allow to see all the way to the Rio Tajo, amazing sunsets! Very Good Staff. Amoeiras shopping mall is 5...

We stayed at the InterContinental in Lisbon for four nights in November. Our room was excellent. It was spacious, had a king size bed and comfortable arm chairs in which to relax. The service was good and always friendly. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of variety, including hot and cold dishes plus a range of fresh fruits. The staff were...

I attended a meeting with my company at the hotel. The venue was OK , the staff were welcoming , lunch was good. At dinner , a great steak was served , very tasty and tender. The place looks a bit old but I was fine .

This is a grand hotel in a very 80s kind of way, with lots of marble and polished brass in public areas. Staff here are excellent, particularly the doormen who remembered me and my family. There was always a queue to speak to the concierge which is a big irritation with an otherwise excellent service- I contacted them before my...

John and I love to use our IGH points and earn more so we often check out their properties. When visiting Lisbon it is important to stay at a place that is centrally located and one that provides a place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Located between Eduardo VII Park, Marques de Pombal Square and the luxurious...

Further to our recent visit to this hotel and have visited the one in Madrid. Unfortunately, we found the service in the club lounge area too confusing and that the staff should be more professional when speaking to customers. We found the layout at breakfast time too tight and you felt that you were sitting on top of each other....

Spend two nights here. Check in was nice. Charming reception staff. Breakfast was ok but waited too long for coffee. Bar was fancy with nice atmosphere. Two Elevators were out of order - waited more than 10! Minutes to get Down in the Morning - not what you would expect in this segment og hotel. Location is boring (no shops...

We booked an executive room with river side view, and got a room on the 12th floor. We can only see a very tiny piece of river from the room. (searched for a while and finally found it!) Other then that, we were pretty happy with this hotel. Good value with good services. The metro is about five min walk...

We spent an amazing three nights at this fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough, providing us with free port and nibbles as we waited for our room, (it was only 12.30, so a few hours early for the usual check in), to providing superb service during dinner, especially Idalina, who knows everything. The...
