We arrived quite late in the evening, checking in was fast, easy and friendly. Breakfast was generous and the views were amazing. The room was clean, practical. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It is very easy to reach Lisbon's main places to see, town centre castle etc. Tram 28 goes nearby and great small restaurants.

The hotel has a terrific view, no doubt about that. It is also quiet, although the main road is only 3 - 4 minutes away. Our room was good, the bathroom as well. Big, soft towels. Breakfast is average (why does eggs cost extra??) - the view is better than the food. Reception staff was for the most part OK,... More

Small extremely reasonably priced hotel located in the Graça neighborhood. Clean quiet with everything you need. Good breakfast included. Amazing views, easily reached on the 28 tram. Would definitely return

We did not know this place existed until last night when our original booking at another place hit a glitch and they booked us for one night in this hotel until our original reservation becomes available. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Nice staff, excellent location! Breakfast buffet was great. I recommend this hotel. Make sure you rent... More

I stayed here for 6 nights in September. This is a good hotel with amazing views of central Lisbon. The breakfast on the upper level provides a stunning start to the day. Staff are friendly and the rooms spacious, quiet and well appointed. Excellent WiFi coverage.

My wife and I just finished our fourth visit going back a dozen years. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lisbon - because of the view. The hotel is high up and you can see Alfama and most of central Lisbon. It's away from the main hotel districts which is a plus. It is located more in a neighborhood (with... More

The view is to die for! Hands down best view in the city! I am so glad I booked this hotel! I emailed them directly asking for a room with a terrace or at least a city view. They replied immediately explaining that I would get what I was requesting. The staff were very polite and helpful! They were always... More

Situated on the highest hill of the town, the hotel has rooms with a fantastic view. Our balcony opened on an unique view - we just couldn't believe it at first! And the breakfast room on the top floor offers a panoramic view as well as a good buffet. Our room was old-fashioned in a nice way, very clean and... More

Room was fine. Staff polite. Breakfast was OK. Breakfast on the last day (we had to get to the airport) was not served on time, and we had to get someone to sort it out. The woman who turned up to lay breakfast was a bit grumpy about it. But that's a small point. The real selling point of this... More

This place is billed as a four-star hotel, but absolutely does not feel that way. It is extremely expensive for what is offered. The staff members are rude and unhelpful, making no attempt to be polite or nice to you. The breakfast is limited and cold, clearly not refreshed and while the views are spectacular, and I mean truly breathtaking,... More

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
