The hotel is not bad. The rooms are depressing though. Staff is helpful. You have to walk for 20 mins to get to the center of the city. The walk is pleasant but it is compulsory. Buses are infrequent.

First, we stayed there in February, so once there in that period expect low temperatures in the room. We basically had to sleep in the normal clothes. Reception lady was helpful enough and gave us additional blankets. The service is good overall, receptionist will get you a taxi or advice about Lisbon attractions. Room itself is really basic, with two...

I booked a room with a private bathroom in the hotel because we understood we only needed a place to sleep. The location was ok, not very far from the underground station and there were some good restaurants just round the corner. But I the staff! We checked in late in the evening and the next day we went to...

I stayed for one night after arriving in Lisbon on a late flight, It's a centrally-located great value old school type place, with staff that were friendly and helpful. The room, although quite small, was clean and comfortable, with lashings of hot water in the shower, and free fast wifi. I'll defintely use it again if I need a stopover in...

We stayed there only for one night, but I quite liked it. It has a nice style, like an old apartment in Berlin, with high ceilings and a wooden floor. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Wifi didn't work and you have to walk a bit to get to the metro, but no problem for us.

As other reviewers said, the hotel is Ok. The location is good, the "quality" of our staying was Ok (pretty cheap, but not a 5-stars hotel). The staff was really kind with us, and that was probably the best point: the bathroom had a problem with the draining (never solved) but nothing really major. It's quite easy to get to...

We stayed at the pension two nights on both sides of the trip we took to the Azores and it was basically a layover stay. The rooms were small but adequate and clean. The problem was that we found mold in both rooms we stayed in and it appeared that the condition was being addressed with bleach rather than to...

Relatively close to downtown Lisbon. Easy to reach by metro. The hotel has a good value, we paid 25 euros for a double room with bathroom included. You get what you pay, the bathroom smelled a little, the bed was a uncomfortable and the room was quite small. Breakfast was 5 euros extra per person and there is no elevator....

Not far away from the centre of Lisbon, Residencia Mar dos Acores offers accommodation with good value for money. But remember also that you normally get what you pay for. I was happy to have my room in the ground floor, even if I had to pass the inner court with the garbage cans. The room number one was really...
