Excellent hospitality. Everyone was determined to deal with my food allergies. The Front Desk was brilliant and the Chef did an amazing job. The location and the amenities were superb. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel very well located, in the liveliest neighborhood in Lisbonne. The roof top is a great place for the view and sun set. Lots of restaurants and shops right outside the hotel fit those who like to be in the middle of the action.

Awesome staff. Centrally located- Tram 28 outside the front door, Metro stop a block or less away with connections to the central train station that takes you anywhere! The breakfast included had a wide variety of foods of such high quality and the staff is great. The roof top bar is among the top 10 in Lisbon, as a quest...

One of the highlights of our short stay was the visit to the rooftop terrace for classy drinks while we watched the sun set. The white wine (Pomares) was amazing. Well worth the 20 minute wait to get a table.

Dear David M, Greetings from Lisbon. Thank you on a great review for the Terrace. The team will surely appreciate your feedback. We stayed at the Bairro Alto Hotel as it was centrally located and had good reviews. The hotel and facilities were excellent and the staff were extremely polite and thoughtful. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and this too was excellent and good value. The hotel is convenient for sightseeing and has a popular rooftop bar.

Got there late in the evening and had to leave on an early flight. The front desk was great and we had a good but quick breakfast. The view from the terrace was pretty at night, but would like to see it in the daytime. It was a quick drive by taxi to the airport. It was great to hear...

We enjoyed our stay at the Bairro Alto Hotel immensely. The rooms were very well furnished and quite nice to stay in.
