Metro is ideal. Just less than 2 Euro or so each way. From Airport you need to take Red Line that goes towards St Sebastian and get down at Alameda and change to green line towards Cais do Sodre. Roxi is just outside Intendent metro station. Very convenient. To airport same direction backwards. It takes 25 minutes each side.
