Hotel is in the centre of Sinatra. Excellent service from the front desk. Andre was very helpful in parking our car and giving us great recommendation for tours and restaurants. 5 star boutique hotel. We love Sinatra and its charm of a small town charm.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Upon arrival you are really received as a host, not as a hotel guest : very really feel welcome, you get explanations on how to visit the monuments in Sintra, how to park the car,... Our room, a deluxe room, was spacious, had a very nice bathroom, free minibar,... Only downside was...

Service is really perfect, staff is very friendly, rooms are modern and cery clean. Breakfast is good, room and ambiente is nice and good quality of food. Its right in the centre, close to nice restaurants and little shops. There is parking in front of the hotel, otherwise just ask. We had a good time here and enjoyed it very...

We took a side trip from Lisbon to Sintra for two days (overnight) December 23 & 24 of 2016. Note...if you're going to Sintra, you need at least two FULL days - one day for the top three locations (National Palace, Peña Palace, and Castelo Mouros) and another day for the smaller, less busy locations. Located across from the National...

Perfect location, amiable staff, quiet and well-equipped rooms, reasonable breakfast. Highly, highly reccommended, both for a romantic get-away or for a starting point for Sintra's many attractions. Top choice!

We stayed here for two nights after traveling from PORTO. You can walk to all the stores and restaurants and a couple of the castles. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and nice, but not luxury. I think the hotel itself is nice but it needs more warmth in terms of a feel. So I...

This hotel has a great location, right in the middle of Sintra and walking distance to both Sintra National Palace and Quinta de Regaleira. There is parking for the hotel, but be aware that they only have three parking spaces, which are on the street, and it is first come, first serve. We managed to get one, but I could...
