I visited Casa Sezim briefly many years ago and fell in love with it. The gracious, but elderly owners said they hoped to attract art groups. I am now retired from the travel business and considering this as a destination. I don't remember the surrounding countryside. If there are only malls and industry n the vicinity I would not be able to recommend it to artists.
