The location of the hotel is great, just a minute walk from the metro station. The rooms are modern and stylish. The hotel provide a nice welcome gesture by offering a complimentary glass of Port. It's an intimate hotel as the dining and breakfast areas are quite compact. The breakfast was ok. Really nice members of staff. I would definitely...

We stayed here in August 2013. The hotel is located just across the road from the Trindade railway station that has a direct link to the airport and metro. It is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the riverfront. Our room was on one of the upper floors so we had no problems with noise. It was tidy and...

Stayed here for a short break in October and were delighted with our stay. The hotel is perfectly sited by being so close to the metro- a short walk from the airport - twenty minutes later, you are at the hotel! The hotel is spotless, the rooms are welcoming and the staff friendly and more than willing to arrange cruises...

We stayed there 3 nights in October. It is very well located within 100 yards of a metro interchange station. The staff are nice and speak very good english. The rooms were neat and tidy, without being exceptional and the bar is a bit small. Breakfasts were very good. All in all we'd stay again and it represented good value...

The hotel is ideally located in font of the metro station, at walking distance from the center and just perfectelly located to avoid noise nuisance. The breakfast was awesome, bread, pastries, fresh fruits and juice, cheese etc... Wifi is working properly and the service is really good. I definitively recommend this hotel.

Everything was very good with the exception of one incidence. One evening we forgot a jacket in the lobby bar (which we shouldn`t,have of course) Next day the bartender told us he had found it, and delivered it in the reception. Nevertheless nothing had been kept for us in the reception

This is a great hotel. Very local and 2min walk to the metro. The rooms are spacious and breakfast is one of the best I have seen with a very wide selection. As vegetarians we were amazed at the amount of veg products, fresh fruit, cheeses, tarts etc offered at breakfast. Amazing stay. We were on the 9th floor and...

A colleague found this little gem of a hotel online for a conference stay in July. Reception was accommodating. There is a computer in the restaurant area - very convenient for those who don't have wi-fi access on their phones or tablets. Breakfast was wonderful - don't miss the delicious Portugese tarts! While there is some graffiti on buildings close...

The showerwall wasn't white as it has to be, but in corners is was jellow and black ( not clean). The roomcarpet also. That was a pitty because the rest was o.k. Breakfast was very good. Frontdesk personal has to be more friendly. When you are bussy with your computer, you have to look at the person who is talking...
