A different place, with an amazing view and people. The staffs are great, friendly and helpful. You must stay at TYH. The rooms are comfortable just the location is not perfect, but, c'mon, you are in Portugal, walk on and know the streets. Should return soon. Regards

I've been there once and I must say that is one of the best hostel i've ever seen. Not very close to the center but the underground is literally just around the corner. Rooms are clean, so are the toilets. The staff was really nice and I had a pleasant time with it and the other guesses during the breakfast....

I stayed here nearly four years ago. After having stayed in many hostels since, I came on to write a review of this, the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Cheap, clean, friendly, spacious, free access to computers, well located, good kitchen, and so forth. Would recommend to anyone.

I stayed in the Yellow House hostel over one year ago and i still have great memories off the hostel. VERY GOOD organisation, FRIENDLY staff, location GOOD (well located and by the way: Porto is not that big so you can do most off the things by foot), NICE house (COOL rooms and COSY kitchen) and AMAZING GARDEN WHERE YOU...

Stayed one night with my girlfriend in low season. The price was very affordable, yet breakfast was included. The hostel is located a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station (which has access to all three lines), and a 15 minute walk from the Old city. The hostel in itself is almost undetectable from the outside, but very cosy...

There was a nice atmosphere in this house (and the garden!), meeting friendly people who come to discover this city and around. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Free internet (2 PC's available in the living room, also television there). Breakfast like at home in the kitchen or in the garden if you want.

A cosy little place in the heart of Porto. A great place for backpackers and travellers on a budget. The owners Saul are Anna are two of the nicest people I've met. They make you feel right at home in Portugal.
