Hotel da Bolsa is at the heart of historic Porto! Easy acess to the Vale do Ribeira- Rio Douro- where everything happens! Walking distance to everywhere at the centro histórico! Hotel is clean, staff are helpful, bedroom and bathroom spacious enough and updated! Breakfast is good and typical of hotels in Europe. There is a paid parking lot down the...

Very convenient location near river; single room was small but very clean and functional and staff seemed efficient and polite so a good overall mark. Some niggles: bathroom would benefit from a shelf; wifi system works OK but logon system needs simplifying; breakfast fine but why no eggs?

The bed was comfortable without being plush. The bathroom was clean and functional. The room was as quiet as could be expected on a very busy street; earplugs are recommended. The staff was efficient. The breakfast was okay; I wish the coffee had been better. It was within walking distance of most sights. Public parking is convenient across the street.

Small but perfectly located. Just along from the Palacio da Bolsa and well positioned for the Cathedral and the waterfront. Clean rooms. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was a little sparse but the price was so low I could not complain.

The Hotel da Bolsa is perfectly situated in the old town with walking access (be prepared for a climb up to the Cathedral) to the river area and most sightseeing must sees as well as authentic Portuguese cuisine riverside and near riverside restaurants. Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Our accommodation was in the garret, with great views up to...

On arrival we found there had been a mix-up in our booking (through an internet agent) but the reception staff managed to get us a room (although I did have to telephone the agent myself to sort out the error). After going to our room (slightly basic but everything was there apart from a fridge) we set off to explore...

We stayed here for 2 nights and if we are lucky enough to get back to Porto again we'll stay here again. We got a great room at an excellent price. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect.

This is a short walk from the train station and the attractions of Porto. We would stay there again in a minute. We had a beautiful view of the city from our window. We did not take the breakfast option, so can't comment on that, but there's a wonderful bakery just north and across the street where you can join...

I am sorry it has taken me months to review but here we go... Hotel da Bolsa was the best option for us to stay in Porto. It is well located and close to almost everything we needed. It is simple and yet beautiful. Beds were comfortable with great pillows. Bathroom was clean and modern also. The staff were kind...

Spent 5 nights at this clean, pleasant hotel located between rail station and river. Good location to explore the city and lots of small local restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fine, but no hot offerings. My room was smallish, but clean and comfortable. Would stay there again when in Porto.
