Excellent service and very clean rooms at this little hotel in the center of VdC. The rooms are on the small size but very clean, well designed, and practical. Nice breakfast as well. Don't be put off by the 2 stars rating.

GOOD: Best Hotel reception on our trip to Portugal. They greet you as the car pulls in, help with luggage and then take you through all the town has to offer. Spot on with restaurant recommendations even for a town 30kms away and always friendly, getting to their feet as you approach. Even the breakfast lady worked hard and was...

We stayed here as a stop on the Portuguese Camino. After walking all day in the rain this was a great place to arrive at, excellent front desk help and we were whisked our room pronto. Compact room but great bed, minimalist design, perfectly functional and Mickey to have a bath tub go soak away the days aches and pains....

Lovely small family run hotel converted from a big house. Has parking if you get there early enough. Room on the small size and shower to match but ok for two nights. Tremendous staff all very helpful. Choose a 3rd floor room on the side of the hotel that looks up to the cathedral on top of the hill. Funicular...

It has its own small parking garage and different categories of rooms. We had a very warm and...

This is a beautiful and quant (at the same time hotel). It had modern bathrooms and was so clean. It is in a great location. The breakfast was so nice and pleasant - beautiful and clean dining room, fresh cut flowers on the table, fruit, pastries, cheese, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee...I can't say enough about Maria Eugenia - she...

Great location, 5 minutes walk from station and close to the town centre. Very modern, really nice staff, good breakfast and service. We had a room on the 1st floor that had a little outside terrace area. Only reason not given 5 stars is the room was a bit compact and the bed a little too firm

Great place to stay when you're in Viana do Castelo. Clean, nice and modern interior, good breakfast, free wifi and located near the station. The upper rooms have a great view on the castle. The old town is less than a two minute walk from the hotel.
