Nice hotel, 10-15 min from Grand Place and 2 min from Brussels Nord station. Clean and comfy room. Reception very polite, check-in and check-out very fast. They have smoking and non-smoking rooms, wifi was good. I will stay again.

This hotel was surely in the turn of the century magnificent, with views over the botanic gardens and tree lined boulevards. The view remains but the boulevard has been replaced by 8 lines of motorway! and walking into the city is not very pleasant. best thing to do is walk up through the gardens to botanique metro for trams as...

Right next to north station this hotel is only 15 minutes walk from the Grand Place and 5 minutes from the main shopping streets of Brussels. Rooms are spacious and the wifi is free, breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

Overall it was a good stay. Having read other people's comments before booking, I was aware that it was a little worn and would have scuff marks here and there in the room and bathroom. Bearing that in mind, this is very good value for money. It's in really a decent location, Rogier station is right outside, the shopping mall...

Positives: Centrally located near the Gare du nord, right opposite the shopping street leading towards the Grand Place and next to Rogier metro station. very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Dear tripsofSandy, We really appreciate your nice feedback and that you call us: "The place to be...." among many other Brussels hotels. We indeed don't offer a hourly/ daily hotel-airport transfer, but this can always be organised on request. The train connection between the airport and Gare du Nord is also very fast (15 min) and convenient. From this train...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for a conference recently. As usual the room had a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The TV controller took a bit of getting used to but eventually I realised that you have to move your hands around as in a Wii fit video game! Rather disappointingly, the main hotel bar was...
