Very big rooms, nice service, polite and always available to service staff, very close to metro station, the proximity to the shopping area (rue Nueve) and to Grand Place with the sightseeing around is great. You can go anywhere on foot. Unfortunately they charge you for wifi.

The room was dirty and disgusting, dirty mattress, dirty toilet and dirty blanket. Even though we complained they did nothing about that. The breakfast was poor with a small variety of food. The neighborhood was dangerous, strange people were all around, so it's not safe especially for women to stay there. The receptionist called Lee was really kind. Last but...

I read all the previous reviews about it being a rubbish hotel. It really isn't. The bed were soft, but comfy. Cleaned everyday by a very nice lady. There was always a janitor on site. The curtains were old but who really cares? All the mod cons were available, but wifi isn't free. People complained about the noise of the...

I'm a solo female traveler. Definitely the worst place I have stayed in Europe. I saw someone else write that the hotel had a sad air about it and I couldn't agree more. It is good being close to the train station, although also literally minutes from the red light district. As a single female, it's not a comfortable Area...

By far one of the worst hotel i have been booked in. Despite the horrible scent when you enter in, the outside railway station noise was permanent all night. Impolite receptionist giving the idea of paying attention to other stuff than booking us. The room is big, yet old fashioned and giving the impression of more than 1000 years used...

Hotel standard ok. Location good, close to Brussels North station. Staff friendly and English spoken. Breakfast Ok, mix of Western and Chinese. The only thing I didn't like was the 10 Euro fee for 24h internet.

This hotel is poorly/cheaply maintained by a Chinese management. Specifically, * the room smell bad * the curtain were grimy and disgusting * the floors were sticky and nasty * equipments were super old such that you'd think they are from 2 generations before you! * It's located next to Red Light district of city and noisy till 3am! *...
