Such a nice place! The most friendliest staff ever. The whole family is running this place and it feels. There is only 6 villas on the territory near Choeng mon beach. We had a lot of space as all villas are 1-bedroom and we felt very cool travelling with the child. There is one big swimming pool and villas are standing around it. Every day we got breakfast to our veranda, and there is a lot to choose from for breakfast. Fresh fruits every day. It is 5 minutes to the Choeng mon beach, the beach is nice, it has smooth white sand not like other beaches on Samui. I really recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed here for a 5 night stay on the island. The location is great and only a short stroll to the restaurants, bars and shops. The breakfast were served on the balcony of our bungalow and were excellent. The staff were all lovely and especially Mai who put a map of the island together for us and listed places to visit/things to see and do, which was a very thoughtful and really helpful thing to do. The rooms are excellent and really clean. I would highly recommend a stay here, lovely place.

On arrival at this tiny villa complex you are met by the most attentive staff you will ever meet. The villas whilst basic in design are perfectly comfortable.? The air conditioning is really helpful in the rooms as this place can get incredibly hot. The pool whilst small is very clean and inviting. Overall a very pleasant stay made better by the lovely staff. Lovely place

What can we say, the owners and staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. The bungalows were exceptionally clean with clean linen, towels daily. The breakfast was also excellent and because I only requested toast the staff asked if I would like something else, anything that I especially liked and they would cook for me. I had to explain that I only have a very small breakfast and that it was nothing to do with the very good choice or cooking. On our arrival my husband wanted to go to the local supermarket and they insisted on giving him a lift there and back - exceptional service in our book. The pool was very nice and clean although not really deep enough to dive into but lovely and refreshing in the heat. On the day of leaving as our flight was early evening they let us stay in the bungalow at no extra charge until we were picked up for the airport. We had a lovely, lovely stay and would definitely recommend Kaya Mani to anyone. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. We gave 4 stars for 1 reason only and that is because we could only get 1 channel on the TV but for everything else this is a 5 star place to stay.

We spent 6 nights at the villa in Choeng mon. Very quiet area for people who are looking to relax. Although, the chaweng walking street is a approximately 15 minutes drive.
The staff was looking after our every need (offer to drive us, made reservations for scooters or trips/tours, serving breakfast at our room, etc.).
The resort is really clean and the villa is spacious. There was hot water, a nice pool, good working a/c, etc.
We recommend Kaya Mani Thai Villa Resort! 10/10

Lovely spacious bungalows with lots of light and windows, including a modest living room and spacious bedroom, all brand new! Great made to order breakfast, friendly staff, and just 5 minutes walk to a lovely beach with lots of places to eat. Recommended!

Everything about this little place is fabulous. Great area with good restaurant at the bottom of the road. The room is delightful, the breakfast they put on your patio overlooking the small pool is lovely, but best of all is the staff. They are the most happy, caring, attentive people we have ever met in holiday accommodation. Definitely recommend this place!

Good airport transfer, the host and staff is very friendly and even made us complimentary refreshing dessert by the pool. The cabin is comfortable and the resort is a 5-10mins walk to Choeng Mon Beach and city.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Koh Samui. It is the perfect little place to stay. There are only 6 villas surrounding the pool so it is very private. Your breakfast is brought to you every morning on your terrace which is such a lovely touch. The villas themselves are lovely and there is a lot of space inside compared to most hotels. Each villa is about 5 steps from the pool, whilst we were there we had the pool area completely to ourselves every time. The girls working there are lovely and helpful, they even gave us a lift to the pier when we left to get our boat to Koh Phangan which saved us money on a taxi. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and less to the centre of Choeng Mon to bars/restaurants/shops. From there you can also wait on the road for a songthaew (cheap thai taxi alternative) and get anywhere around the island for a reasonable price, they come past all the time. The only thing which isn't perfect is the breakfast but it is a pretty standard breakfast that is offered in most places in Thailand! Would 100% recommend staying here whilst in Koh Samui.
