A nice hotel on the whole, choice of 3 swimming pools, on the beach and good local restaurants to choose from. The room is nice although we booked a superior room we were told on check in they just call it that to sound good but really it is there standard room. We should have looked in to this as not having a balcony for a whole week was a huge disappointment and meant we had wet towels and clothes hanging around the room to dry...
The restaurant is good quality and the included breakfast was as expected with a varied choice although after 4 days it become dull. We also found that the restaurant expensive compared to nearby restaurants- they do a happy hour but even then it is still expensive. They don't like you bringing drinks from the shop but everyone did as they were charging too much to use the bar all day.
Staff are lovely and helpful throughout- especially the cleaning staff that do a great job. The only issue we had was with reception who panicked us when we first arrived as were not expecting us and were very unhelpful in the situation, although redeemed themselves throughout the week.
I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quiet break, stay nearer bo phut town if you want more nightlife. I would avoid the 'superior' room unless you don't want a balcony.

We had a good time at this hotel. Whilst some parts are dated and in need of improvement, the hotel itself is comfortable and a relaxing space. In parts it may appear unclean, however on closer inspection it's quite often just old furniture or glass wear that needs replacing. The housekeeping team do their best with what they have and I believe it's the hotel managers role to improve the condition in of this. This is something that didn't bother us too much but i'm aware for another couple/family/traveller, this may be an issue when spending money to come to a resort. The staff are lovely and very professional. The only issue I would want the hotel to really focus on is hiring more employees as their existing members of staff are flat out and very often can't deliver the level of service they desire because they are so busy and unsupported. It is quite clear they are understaffed in pretty much every aspect as you see the same staff at breakfast, lunch, dinner and at the bar. It causes me to doubt whether the employees are working in a fair environment. The food was lovely and the kitchen was clean. The Thai dishes on the lunch and dinner menu were fabulous and truly delicious. Breakfast was a small yet adequate continental buffet with fresh fruits a wonderful fresh eggs station where there is a lovely gentlemen preparing various styles for guests. The surrounding area of the hotel is lovely and positioned on a quiet beach next to an array private of beach villas. It would be the perfect locations for families in my opinion as the area is very relaxed and friendly. We felt very safe and comfortable both within the hotel and in the surrounding location. Whilst the spa treatments are lovely, there is an exceptional independent massage facility on the beach tucked behind some beach huts (we frequented this daily). The massage price list is significantly less than the hotel spa yet does not compromise on quality and is a great addition to the area. It was wonderful to be able to support a local business and talk to locals whilst there. Overall I would happily stay here again for our particular budget, however if you are looking for something more high end or with a little more lively atmosphere I would suggest booking elsewhere.

Holiday with the family. The hotel is a 3-4 star. Lovely position right on the beach but you can’t really swim in it. They have 3 pools. One overlooking the beach. My personal negative would be that smokers mainly can smoke anywhere.
The accommodation is nice and clean just a bit dated. The restaurant is good just needs a toaster that toasts at breakfast time.

The hotel is slightly dated maybe in areas, rooms are large but dark need extra lights. Hall ways are concrete flooring not my idea of attractive maybe yours ? Girl who cleans the room is very sweet but in truth they need a deep clean. Windows are dirty, wax and coffee stains left by last guest are clearly evident. Beautiful gardens. But sadly altho sand is lovely sea isn't !!! Can't swim very muddy ?!?. And lastly location, there's nothing here and a £14 round trip to beach/restaurants

The hotel is beautiful. All the different pools offer something different in terms of views and vibes. The infinity beach front pool was incredible. Plenty of loungers pool side and on the beach and options to be in the shade. The staff were very attentive and the whole complex was kept clean. The food was tasteful and lots of choice on the menu for lunch / dinner and options in the breakfast menu too. One issue we had was that we were in a back room and ALL NIGHT LONG for all of our nights stays there was a horrific noise that constantly kept us up. Not a clue what it was, whether an animal or a machine but it was every 5-7 seconds on repeat. So that ruined our experience.

The airconditioning is good.
The staff is nice.
The pool is nice, but the restaurant next to it was average and pretty pricey.
The hotel was quiet. So if you need a little break that would be a plus, but for me the location was a minus. It's pretty far away from everything. I saw a review about the fact that they put a lot of guests in the same block in the back, instead of at the rooms around the pool and we had that similar experience. It felt empty. The room was not as great as advertised. The light in the room could use an upgrade and it was not very cozy.

Positives about this hotel are the direct beach access and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The rooms vary a lot, and I found our room pretty grim (it was a beach themed double room), the windows were really dirty which didn't help. The breakfast was not good. It was absolutely fine for a stopover but wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.

We've stayed here before and had a great experience so we decided to give it another try. Biggest mistake ever :( we booked a pool villa suite and requested to be put in the villas near the beach considering we were staying there for a total of 9 nights. Instead of listening to our request they put us in the villas furthest away from the beach and main restaurant. They obviously did not care about in the slightest. The room had a moldy smell and was dated. The boards walking to the beach are all rotten and falling apart which is very unsafe. Upon checking out we called the front desk to come pick up our luggage, well 30 minutes later and 2 phone call still no show, so we had to carry them ourselves to the lobby which is a good distance away.

There are to many beautiful resorts in KOH Samui to have to put up with this kind of poor service.

The photos on booking.com give the wrong impression.
The people working in the hotel are nice however the senior management, of course unavailable are not. I had to leave early due to very urgent family issues. I asked for a refund but was told NO. I offered to pay double the price for the limited time i had been there but NO. The general manager who would not come to talk to me has zero regard for his guests and absolutely no sympathy. I lost £3000.
The hotel is terrible. Everywhere is like an unkempt jungle, enjoyed only but millions of mosquitoes.
I was in one of their premier rooms, a grand pool villa. Entrance to this villa was down a dirty overgrown pathway. See photos.
The buildings are falling apart and are dangerous. High possibly of timber falling off and maybe onto you.
The hotel is so overpriced it is almost a joke, if i was not paying for it.
Spa ... well no spa actually. Permanently closed.
Resort ... implies beach and activities. Beach yes but you cannot go into the water. Only 1ft deep with a very rocky bottom. Certainly no swimming.
I have never been so negative about a hotel before, but in this case the hotel is such a disgrace i have to say my piece.
PLEASE DON'T GO. It is the only way to make them understand.

We got to samui airport and there are many desks, just tell them where you are going and they sort taxi for you. Pay before you get in. Quite expensive compared to the likes of Bangkok and Chiang Mai we found.
