Centrotel is a very good hotel about 5-10 euros taxi rode from Syntagma square (the main square in the city). It has all the amenities and the breakfast is really good. The staff are really friendly and they allow you to leave your luggage when you go island hopping. We were surprised and delighted when we cam backe and they...

We arrived in Athens early in the morning and the staff let us check right into our room which was wonderful since it gave us the day to explore Athens. The metro was only a few blocks away and got us to the sights quickly and hassel free. I found the staff to be very helpful, offering suggestions on how...

We stayed in Athens on our way to Amorgos, as we were getting married on the Island. We had read about the hotel being in a rough area prior to booking, but decided that we'd give the hotel a chance, as its reviews other than that were very good. I'm so glad that we did! We caught a taxi from...

We stayed for two nights in Athens and arrived from Lorissa station. The hotel is located in quiet a dodgy area, its just run down and not overly nice or comfortable to hang around in. Inside the hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and spacious with their own little porches to sit out on. I struggled with sleep...

This hotel is a gem. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The windows are double glazed so you won't even here a squeak of the outside hustle and bustle. We slept like a log when we stayed here. What made the place special is the wonderful service. The staff are absolutely wonderful. My brother unknowingly managed to leave the passports in...

The hotel is very easy to get to, being close to Larissa Station, which is easy to reach from the airport. Getting a taxi from Syntagma Square is probably a good idea, as the walk from Larissa Station isn't that easy with large suitcases. The area the hotel is in caused us to be slightly worried about what we would...

We stayed here for 3 nights last weekend and apart from the location we couldn't fault this hotel. We arrived at 3am and the service was welcoming and check in very quick. We also got upgraded and had a room with a balcony. OK the view not great, but still nice to have a balcony. The rooms were very clean,...

The room and everything is modern, clean and cozy. The staff is SUPER friendly Despite the fact that the hotel is not in the very centre of Athens, it is very easy to reach the Acropolis and Plaka by walk (35 min) or by metro - only 2 stops! Enjoy!

I will start off by saying that the staff were fairly nice and the room itself was quite large. The area.. there is too much to say so I will keep it short. In the days preceding our arrival there were race riots in the area sparked by the fatal stabbing of a man a few blocks from the hotel....

We arrived in Athens at 2am after a solid day's travel from Houston. The reception were very welcoming and had everything ready to go for our room, which meant a quick check in and straight to bed. To be honest, for the money we paid, I expected a fairly average room/facilities. I couldn't have been more wrong. The rooms are...
