we arrived to the hotel just by asking the locals for a recommendation. It turned out to be a great place to stay, right with a beautiful sea view, but more important, an extremely friendly staff. We were greeted with a genuine smile, given the right recommendations about places to eat, things to do, traffic warnings, the whole lot. Breakfast...

If you are looking for an affordable getaway location, in a peaceful little city on the beach - this is the place. Lots of tavernas with great food to choose from on the beach. The hotel is located two minutes from the beach and there is a sea view from the balconies.

Lovely view in 2 directions of the gulf and the mountains. The room is large, very clean and simple. We could not find a restaurant after walking into town, and the owner then walked us to the place, which was closer than we thought. It was easy to find by car and we highly recommend it as a nice place...

Lovely friendly staff looked after us well. The room we had was large and clean, with a view over some roof tops to the sea. It is a quite location only a few yards from the beach. Itea, like a number of towns, is suffering a bit from the economic downturn and is a bit run down. But the hospitality...

We stayed one night before going up to see Delphi. We drove around town and looked at four hotels. We picked this one because it was quieter but still near enough to walk around the town. We stayed in room 503 overlooking the sea and mountains. It's a nice corner room with a large veranda. Accommodations are clean and simple....

Really nice and welcoming staff! We had a great view at the Gulf from our HUGE balcony. The Hotel was clean and very quiet. This place was a really nice surprise for us as we chose it a bit randomly and at the last minute. I truly recommend!

Itea is a beautiful town to visit, but we were able to spend only one night there before visiting Delphi the following morning. The Kalafati Hotel was inexpensive, the room was comfortable, large and quiet, and air conditioning worked well. It is in a good location, just a block from the beach and close to a very nice seaside promenade....

Very friendly reception. Fourth floor room with view over the gulf. Clean and comfortable with balcony. The master of the ship anchored in the harbour should be keel hauled for running a noisy generator all night! No fault of the hotel. They kindly recommended an excellent seafood restaurant. Read my review. Great seaside hotel, as I say.

We visited Delphi late in the afternoon and drove the short distance to Itea to spend the night. Itea is a hidden gem with wide clean streets and scenic rocky beaches. The owners were exceptionally gracious and hospitable. Great breakfast. Hotel is older but clean and well maintained and with remarkable views from the upper floor balconies. We had a...
