We had a suite and stayed with our three children, great service and excellent suggestions from the manager (owner?) of the hotel. Do not miss Balo beach especially off season. Follow the tips on restaurants given by the hotel they havegood taste!

My new husband booked the penthouse suite for our first few nights in Crete and it ended up being an incredible treat for the two of us! The room was immaculate, had 1.5 washrooms, a jacuzzi, a tastefully decorated living area in the bottom half of the 'room' and an incredibly comfortable bed. We also had a private patio overlooking...

Staying at Casa Delfino was like having the hospitality and friendliness of staying in someone's home while having the privacy and service of a 5-star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for staying in Chania Old Town. The courtyard is a wonderful place to have breakfast every morning.

This was the family home that some years back was converted into a hotel. The rooms vary from classic to more modern and the place is great. The family history in Crete goes back a few generations when a shipwreck dropped the great, great, etc. Delfino off in Crete. He sold the fish from the wreck while figuring out what...

The interior courtyard is lined with large old trees. A nice place to sit with a coffee or a book. The rooms had every attention to detail and a nice Greek candy on your pillow at bedtime. The homemade breakfast of cakes, many fruits, meats and cheeses and hard or softboiled eggs made to order, and of course Greek yogurt...

Immaculate and well maintained. Part of the hotel architecture is Venetian and the other part is Turkish from the Ottoman occupation. There is a spa for treatment and pampering, and rooftop with seating overlooking the harbor. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Museums withing walking distance. Staff very accommodating. Buffet breakfast consisting of organic homemade food.

Casa Delfino was a great experience! We stayed in two different rooms - first the one bedroom apartment, then the master suite. Both rooms were great, but of course, the master suite was the best. Pros: --Great location in the heart of Chania, within walking distance of all the great restaurants --Wonderful, attentive, friendly staff who took a very personal...

The hotel is lovely and very well maintained. The breakfast is a wonderful spread and the courtyard is a perfect setting to eat. Everyone we met in Crete was hospitable and gracious - adn the staff of Casa Delfino ranked at the top of our week's experience. The hotel is located in the old town. If you have a car,...
