We enjoyed a room which opened onto the rooftop patio, which was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to point us in the right direction, giving us advice on how long it might take to get to the bus, the ferry, etc. The location gives great views from the roof and close proximity to the harbor. Restaurants, shops,...

We wanted to stay in Chania Town in Crete, and we have always loved the street called Theotokopoulou. This hotel is very well located for the town, for car parking and for the old harbour area. We stayed on the top floor and it has wonderful views across the sea and the town. The hotel is comfortable and offers a...

Stayed mid October and loved the location in old street with restaurants and cafes but still quiet at night. Staff very friendly and breakfast is good with lots of choice including fresh squeezed orange juice. Rooms are on the small size and not all have a balcony. The ones at the back look out on the town wall 2m away....

This hotel is a great base for wandering round Chania's old streets, going to eat on the harbour sea front, or wandering round the city walls. All the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was more than adequate and included freshly squeezed orange juice - delicious! We had reserved one of the 2 top floor rooms with a terrace outside...

My wife and I spent a week here on a bed and breakfast basis and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Chania old town. This is a small, welcoming, family run hotel. The hotel is located on a narrow, rustic street a few yards from the harbour. This is ideal as the pretty street with its' cafes...

A firm bed is one thing.. a bed, hard as a rock, where there is No give, where you can feel the springs coming through, is quite another. I had to take Melatonin to get to sleep and woke up every morning feeling very bruised on my sides. The pillows? Awful. To wake up tired on holiday isn't what you...

Great little hotel in the venetian quarter of Chania Town. Room adequate size but bathroom slightly on the small size. Not all rooms have a balcony, advise to request room with balcony at time of booking and hotel will accommodate where possible. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and more than happy to assist with any queries. Rooms cleaned every...

No wifi in my bedroom, I had to go out to the corridor to have a poor conection. The bathroom was so small that they couldn't put a curtain in it. The shower was smaller than 50x50 cm. No place to put even the towel.

The hotel is located next to the Venetian harbor, in the center of the characteristic neighborhood, in a little street with many shops and typical products. The room was tiny and had the only window that was in front of a big wall, the ancient city walls, but a little bit light was necessary. The cleaning of the room was...
