The hotel is charming and spotlessly clean. We stayed in Room 19. I did not see the other rooms, but did read the complaints, and I think it's worth upgrading to either Room 19 or 20. The room is very comfortable and a good size....More

Hello and thank you for your interest. This hotel is a renovated 13th century building, and as such has 7 rooms at ground level, 9 on the 1st level, and the balance on the 3rd and 4th floors. There is an excellent balcony room on the 1st floor (Room 11) with only 1 set of stairs to contend with, the balcony overlooks the harbor and has a shower and a queen size bed. If you like, there is a suite with no stairs involved (Room 6), also with a fabulous balcony directly on the port with a magnificent 4-poster bed and bath instead of shower. I urge you to contact the hotel directly for more information. Hope this answers your question, and hope to see you soon in person!
