Nice place to stay, right in the heart of the town. The hotel has a cafe downstairs & is surrounded by shops as you walk out the door. Beds were comfortable & linen & towels nice. Pros; large rooms, clean & pretty. Nice bathroom with shower with rainfall shower head although not much pressure. Great location, coffee amenities provided. Cons;...

We stayed 2 nights in an self contained apartment at the rear of the hotel on Parodos Kondilaki St. The apartment was large and clean although wet bath towels weren't replaced next day. The breakfast was basic but certainly ample with friendly staff. There is restaurant (Xani) just metres from the front door that has live music most nights and...

My friend and I stayed here for nearly a week at the beginning of August. It's tricky to find as a taxi can't take you to the front door because there isn't any access by road....it's in a very old cobblestone road that main one that leads down to the harbour. Also to find it you'll need to go next...

The Doge hotel is small and traditional and is situated in a very central narrowpedestrianised street in the old town. There is no vehicular access and non resident parking is several minutes walk away. Our room was accessed only by stairs. The pleasant ensuite family room was on two levels with AC, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and TV. There is...

The best feature about the Doge Hotel is it's ideal location. The hotel is located directly in the middle of the Old Town and very close to the harbor. The rooms are tastefully decorated. I was with a group of 2 couples and we stayed in room. A small kitchenette was available with a refrigerator, espresso maker and a sink....

If you want to be right in the centre of the old town then this is the place to be. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean, spacious and traditional. The breakfast is limited but fresh orange juice is amazing.

The rooms look like the pictures. The location is great. The rooms have all mod cons, complete beverage self-catering, even to wine and raki glasses. May be a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. Breakfast at €5 is a great deal.
