we booked a week all inclusive in July. it is the worst place we have ever stayed although the rooms were ok and roomy. the food and drinks were of very poor quality and never enough to go round. All food cooked off premises and brought in. After 2 days of just stale bread for breakfast we asked to move...

We booked a 2wk all-inclusive holiday through Thomas Cook at a "newly built" 3star complex just outside Rethymno. At the time we couldn't find any reviews so assumed no one had stayed there. A few days before leaving, we checked out some reviews on TripAdvisor and were left gobsmacked, shocked and every so slightly worried about our upcoming holiday to...

Visited the Ilatia Village on an all-inclusive break in July. When we arrived at the accommodation we were placed on a room which was very noise from the pump to the swimming pool. Asked on the night if we could be moved and the management obliged the following date. As it was nearly midnight when we complained we accepted that...

We thought we booked a 4 star but it was awful. It more likes 1 star. The food was terrible; it wasn't even cooked on the premises. I wouldn't feed an animal the food that they dished up. The salad's were left in a bowl with no cover and flies flying around all the food. The staff and management said...

I will begin with the positive - the rooms are spacious (although the beds are harder than titanium) and the pool is large. Unfortunately those are the only positives. I booked this hotel through hotels4u.com, who advertised it as a 4 star; it is a 2 star at best. The drinks included in the all inclusive were meant to consist...

If your into self harming then book here!! This really is the pits. Booked as an all inclusive, but had to dine out as the food wasn't fit for pigs and the bar constantly ran out of beer, vodka and rum. Please if you have booked here but have time to change, do not hesitate and change youro booking now....
