We stayed in Anemousa Hotel from 14 to 21 august. We're a couple from Milan, 30 years old. Anemousa hotel is a simply beautiful hotel in Folegandros. Our room, first floor under the pool, was big. Every morning it was clean very well. Also anemousa hotel, the pool, the narrow path was always clean. The owners, especially the madam, is...

Mrs Maria and her son Nikos (the owners) was very helpful, professionals and always smiling. They provide us 5* service for all the 7 days that we stayed. The location of the hotel Anemousa is unique. You can enjoy the view to the sea and to a part of Chora. In 5 minutes walk you can go to Chora, where there...

FiRst of all the owners were really kind and helped us a lot. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. We really loved the pool. It is located 5 minutes away from Chora (walking) and about 1 minute from a bus stop. For us it is one of the best places to relax in Folegandros.

Let's get the access slope out of the way. It's not that bad, you just need to be able bodied, some properties close by are worse. You do not need to be super fit. The location is superb! Just 5 minutes to Hora and very quiet at night. Fantastic views to the north with no other buildings in front. The...

We were met at the port by Nikos and taken swiftly to the hotel. (His communication beforehand as we dealt with ferry cancellations was prompt and helpful.) It's best to get the most off-putting thing over first - indeed, it's the first thing you encounter - the steep concrete path down to the hotel. This would prevent anyone who's not...

Seldom have we stayed in a place with such jaw-dropping views. This one was across the Aegean towards Paros, Antiparos, Sifnos, Naxos, Sikinos and others. Set high up in Chora, the main town on Folegandros, ANemoussa is a collection of impressive rooms with their own private terraces overlooking the azure waters of the Aegean several hundred feet below. Each room...

The very blue Aegean stretches out dramatically below the hotel affording views of Sifnos, about fifty kilometers distant. One finds total quiet here as the nearest road is not busy, and the rooms are very nicely cleaned everyday. With a short walk into Chora, one finds tavernas among the shady squares.

Following the recommendation of a friend who'd stayed here twice we arrived to find stunning views, friendly & efficient staff and lovely accommodation. Our room looked directly onto amazing views, it was very clean & comfortable and left nothing to be desired. The Chora was less than a 5 minute walk away but everything on Folegandros is peaceful & quiet...

The hotel is situated by a cliff on the northern part of the island, which might be the single best feature of the hotel. This means you can enjoy a cold glass of wine in the evening with a stunning view over the ocean from your private porch. That being said, make sure you book a room on the edge...

Anemousa was the highlight of our stay in Folegandros! Our room was absolutely charming, perfectly appointed, clean and very comfortable (comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, towels changed daily). The sea views are stunning and the breakfast tasty and very reasonably priced (4-8 euro). Owners very friendly and helpful. Great WiFi, lovely pool, and free pick up and drop off at...
