Firstly, this must be the best located hotel in Kos overlooking the Marina and close to the beach castle shops and square. Has a large rooftop terrace and pools. Breakfast on the terrace in front of the Marina is a superb way to start the day. Spotlessly clean. Only down side ...and it is minor...is that we had an appartment...

Have been to Kos Town many times and this is the nicest hotel that we have stayed in. Room was very nice and clean and we had excellent views over the harbour. Lots of choice for breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Will definately stay there again on our next visit, which we are booking very soon.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, close to everything in Kos city. We were family of 4 persons and the room was big enough , the staff are very kind and let us feel at home. The hotel is not luxury hotel, but for us it was OK cause we come to see the island and not to stay at...

We stayed here a number of years' ago as we have been going to Kos for well over 10 years' now and have stayed in many places - we decided to go back to Kosta Palace due to it's location. We were pleasantly surprised the staff on this occasion were very helpful and nice (especially Areti and Thanasis on reception)....

Landed here on the 7th September with lovely views of the harbour, we was put in a hotel room with view of a very old dated abandoned building, could just see the harbour, we didn't complain though this was fine for us. All the staff are very friendly and are happy to help with anything. There was a couple of...

Stayed one week beginning of September in one bedroomed apartment. Large balcony with lovely views over both sea and harbour. Individual aircon in each room worked a treat. No kettle in room and only tiny cups (take couple of beakers with you) Hairdryer in bathroom was quite good but only hand soap provided - no other toiletries. A sea/harbour view...

So close to centre with nice view of harbour. Sincere hospitality. Reasonable price at the expense of limited luxury in the room. Rich breakfast and enjoyable bar at the ground floor. Unfortunately we couldn't find time to enjoy spa centre at the roof.

The Hotel's location is great. It's not the fancy, luxurious hotel but if you want to stay close to the marina and the restaurants this is one of the good options. They serve very nice open buffet breakfast also.

The Kosta Palace Hotel is situated on the harbour of Kos old town. The reception staff are friendly and professional but the hotel itself is very basic. I booked an apartment and was quite disappointed with its presentation and the inclusions. The air con was not very effective and there was a musty smell that lingered. Poorly lit bathroom. Usual...

Location was very good, right in the centre of KOS town. The massage in the spa centre on the rooftop was amazing. But the rest of the hotel and facilities were below average. Service was terrible, I advised the front desk the room smelt of sewerage and took them until the next day to investigate. They sent housekeeping to verify...
