A place to avoid. Dirty and substandard. I needed a hotel just for one night and thought this would serve the purpose. Big mistake. The mattress was lumpy. The bathroom disgusting. A place to avoid at all costs.

Terrible conditions, without pavement tile. The toilet was very dirty. All area was with a plenty of dust. Windows were broken. Service was very bad and receptionist lady was very rude. In the hall roof has a lot of moisture. In the room we saw a lot of insects. Very very disapointed. We are never gonig back. 😔

Perfect location, cleanliness, cosy atmosphere, free wifi, underground parking space, quiet rooms, friendly and helpful staff, continental breakfast. The rooms that are renovated are very comfortable and welcoming. It's a good choice if you visit the city for business.

The best thing in this hotel is its underground parking. Not easy to find though, as you have to enter it via another street. The room was comparatively clean, with a fridge, TV, air-conditioner. No hair-dryer in the bathroom, mind it. Very poor breakfast, awful coffee. OK for one night, nothing more.

Had one of my very few anti-Semitic instances in Ioannina. Reported the hotel to the Central Board of Jewish Communities. Dismal rooms, in bad need of repair and anti-Semites to boot. Give me a break! The only thing the hotel has going for it is the location.

In the centre of the city stands the Egnatia hotel. Every place is easy to get from there.. Shops, island, bars, mountains for rafting :) Helpful people at the reception and clean room. Not exactely cheap, but worth going.

Very well situated within a few minutes walk of the old town, the lake and the city centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel has it's own underground parking just a few metres away.

Quite allright for short stay. Location is the best feature, next to the football stadion and all the shopping areas. Balcony was dangerous since the banister was very low! I would revommend this for those who need just a place to sleep without luxury.

- Location: Good. A very short walk to the city center and the market. - Atmosphere: 1970’s. - Decoration: The furniture and decoration were dated, but this is a budget hotel so there has to be some compromise. - Room: It was of a medium size, clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was small, but clean. - Breakfast: Nothing special....
