Hotel is quite right for one night with basic amenities. Very cheap and well located. But noisy at night because of traffic. But we woul go back if on our way to Kavala. So suality for price, what do you need more.

The hotel looks like an old hospital. It was the cheapest I could find for a night in transit. The facility itself looks awful, the bathroom on the is creepy and honestly I refused to use it. It was very hot, but we had a ventilator. If you are just looking for a one night stay, you can take it... More

After having to book late in Thessaloniki, this was all that was essentially available. And I know why... It falls somewhere between God awful and prison, though I heard even prison beds aren't as springy and polky as mine here. I mean, I'm well travelled and have stayed in some holes in India and such, but this was far from... More

Invest a few more euros and either get a better place near the center, or somewhere away and pay the taxi. The place is scary, the rooms are horrible, have broken windows, uncomfortable beds and ants, and they get so hot that you can't sleep in them. It completely ruined my Thessaloniki trip and I know that I will never... More

Kastoria would have been an amazing hotel back when it first opened it's doors but these days she's a bit run down and is operated like a hostel. The rooms are semi clean and the beds are semi comfortable, in summer they get hot and you are only given a small pedestal fan, opening the doors to the balcony lets... More

Cheap option, but room was cramped, no plug sockets in the room which was pretty useless, no windows, just a door out to a balcony, so room got extremely hot at night. Bearable for the two nights we were there, but only because it was cheap, would recommend spending a little more to go somewhere a bit more pleasant

This hotel is very old, but of you book, you already know that fact. The price is ok because it have a great location for that price. We check in early and the reception man, gave us the key, for the room with private toilet, even we have paid for a room with shared toilet. The wi-fi was very good.... More

I have been in this hostel twice. No bad for so cheap price. There are a sink, but only with cold water! If you stay in October, you will take double blanckets. Old windows and furniture. But good signal wi fi . And most good side oh Hotel Kastoria are staff! Very kind and polite )

I honestly don't understand the people who comment with 2 stars or one... With 110 euro I booked 6 days, other places around were way more expensive and I had to share my room with people I didn't know. I got a honest and decent single room with a spacious bed and a small balcony. On the first floor there... More

After viewing a few Hotels on line I went for the cheap option. The first room I was given hadn't been made up from the last guest and was very small. The second room although larger was not clean. The sink in the room had urine splashes around the basin and no hot water or plug. I nearly fell through... More
