The room I got was so tiny that the bed took up most of the space. The pillows were filled with that cheap, lumpy synthetic stuff. (When I asked for two more, they were thankfully good, firm, foam pillows). The shower was awful--just a nozzle hanging from a fixture that was elbow-height, meaning that you could not stand underneath it... More

Situated near the Aristotelous square (1-2 mins away) this low budget hotel has an excellent location. However, the hotel itself needs major renovation. The rooms are old fashioned although it looks like they were painted recently. Cannot say the same for the tiny ancient bathroom. The shower was 2x2 with an old curtain. After a shower the bathroom was like... More

Accommodated here for a week end. Bad decision! Despite their advertised "all rooms have balconies" at level 1, former mezanine maybe, there are some improvised very small rooms. I had the bad-luck to be accommodated there. Very low ceiling. No balcony and low positioned window (you can look outside only if you sit on the chair). Very small bathroom with... More

The hotel has an amazing location right next to the city centre and a walk away from practically anything you might want to see. It has a very good service the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good enough. The biggest downside is the side of the shower tab, which is really small and inconvenient. Other than that we... We visited Thessaloniki in December and this hotel is in a great location right in the heart !! The room itself was a bit small but it was clean and warm. The breakfast was standard. The staff were very helpful. Would stay here again..

Of the 11 hotels we stayed at on our two week trip, this was probably in the bottom 3. It wasn't disgusting, it was just okay. My husband and I did both have allergies when in the room and think it was due to mold in the bathroom that we saw. The pictures on their website of the rooms with... More

The main issue is that the room and especially the bathroom are dirty, you see the mold on the walls. Breakfast is poor. We stayed only one night, but I would not recommend it, not even for 1 night. The positive aspects are the location and the staff.

Hotel Luxembourg is situated in excelent lacation, verry close from port and from most important places to most visit: Agia Sofia, Aristotel Scuare, Arheological Roman ruins etc. The rooms are prety smal and the breakfast is not variety. I recomand for the price and location. The staf are very frendly and helpfull.

Rooms are little bit small but usefull. Very friendly and helpfull stuff. They give us coffe and cookies at 06:00 am for free. But rooms need resurrection.especially room doors locks need fix. Location is perfect. Very close to night life and sea side.
