Family arrived on today, 12 July at Mark Warner Sea Garden Resort in Bodrum, Turkey to be told kids clubs are being curtailed due to staff shortages. Apparently similar reductions happening across all resorts. Strongly suggest if you are thinking of booking Mark Warner because of kids clubs that you do not. If it is too late and you have... More

Very tatty room, tiny bathroom, poor quality shower with curtain that stick to you. Room has walls that shake when your neighbour slams their door. Hotel looks like it might have been ok in the 70's but now just awful. If you're single, you gonna be very lonley. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner alone. Families with kids and couples are... I went with a girlfriend and her 6 yr old daughter and with my 15 yr old daughter. They both loved the kids clubs and were tearful at leaving their frinds at the end of the week. Location is brilliant, right on the beach which is massive with safe bathing and warm water. Hotel is basic, rooms have no frills... More

I read quite a few reviews from earlier this year before booking a week at San Ag. Some of the reviews were very negative and it nearly put me off but I am so glad it didn't as we had a GREAT time. Ok so it's very middle class with just about an entire Boden catalogue on display but you... More

Outstanding resort for all ages. Beautiful location, activities to suit all ages and amazing child care. The staff were happy, caring and very friendly to everyone. Enjoyed the food and staying in the bungalows. The children's pool was big and child friendly my 7 yr old could stand up in the deep area so felt happy to let him swim... More

Just returned from a fabulous week in San Agostino with Mark Warner. With 3 teenagers in toe, it was fabulous to see them enjoying themselves whilst I ran each morning, exercised and relaxed in the sun during the afternoon. This was our third visit to San Agostino and much had improved from the previous visits. The rooms seemed fresher, the... More

With bad uk weather and limited planning time I googled 'activity holiday' and emailed MW. They replied within an hour and I bit the bullet. No regrets. It was my first MW holiday and I loved every second. The booking, flights and transfer were seamless and the room very clean. Food plentiful, varied and tasty. Staff were really friendly and... This was our second trip to San Ag with three kids aged 15, 13 and 10. The key to a great family holiday is happy kids and ours were certainly very happy and occupied for our 2 week stay. Hanging out with kids their own age and not with boring mum and dad is what they want to do. Their... More

This was our first ever Mark Warner holiday and I wish we'd started years ago!!! I was apprehensive about travelling on my own with 2 young children but I needn't have been! The staff were all exceptionally friendly, the childcare second to none and the resort facilities excellent. Yes, the buildings are a little tired, but the resort is absolutely... More

“The bungalows are excellent, we were in the 800s and had two interconnecting rooms. Cleaners were amazing, our rooms were always spotless and we had lots of clean towels everyday. Very efficient airconditioning and quiet location ensured a lovely nights sleep.”

“We stayed in a bungalow (600's) which is near the kids pool. If you've got really little ones in childcare i'd opt for a bungalow in the 800's which are near the childcare centre and restaurant.”
