We stayed at the Olympic Village Hotel and Spa for one night in early July as part of a Gate 1 tour. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. We enjoyed both a buffet dinner and breakfast and enjoyed the variety of food at both. The pool was lovely and refreshing after a long day of touring in the hot sun. We also enjoyed a massage at the spa. The hotel is very close to the Olympic site. We would return to this property.

The hotel shows it had a great past, but it needs renovation urgently and a more motivated team. The facilities have all the potential for greatness but they remain very average and minimum . The pool is very nice but it also could be great! The facilities show they have a glorious past and a promising future. The present is the problem. Overall it is a nice hotel to spend a few nice moments. With people (mainly the more experienced staff) that are smiling and trying to help you. The rooms are spacious and the facilities overall are clean.

We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago in 2014 as part of a group that had run the Athens Marathon and we came back to run the Athens Marathon again in November of 2019 and the hotel had experienced many upgrades.

Our room was nice and clean and accommodating and had all the amenities of a nice hotel. The hotel is located at one of the town of Olympia and at the other end are the remains of the site of the first Olympics and the museum also. This, as well as the down town part of Olympia is within a short walk from this hotel.

The meals we had at the hotel were great and tastfully served and I would recommend it highly

We stayed one night with a group of students from Madrid and it was embarrassing. Dirty, some rooms without sheets or dirty not having changed them in weeks. Small, dirty towels, dinner and bad, overheated breakfast. It is amazing that you can give a service like this by charging the prices they have. Never again, on any more trip.

Well... unfortunately I don't have a lot of positive things to say about this hotel. First off, the front desk was unprepared for the influx of guests the night we check in. They were not overly organized. Second, when we got to our room, it was sweltering hot. Attached to the control panel was a note saying "don't use, does not work." I just about died. There was no way that I could stay in the room without AC. As it turned out, it was for the heater. We had no way of knowing that it wasn't the AC and we can't say there was a language barrier as the front staff spoke English. Third, the AC was attached on the side wall directly where our heads were laying on the bed. My husband had no problem sleeping because the AC blew over his head and directly onto mine. Even on the sweep mode. I ended up moving half way down my bed to avoid the cold air from blowing on me. If you warmed up the temperature on the thermostat, the room would heat up too quickly. Fourth, the bathroom shower and bath/shower door was so poorly designed that often the water ended up more on the floor than in the tub. Finally, the breakfast was average. Nothing special and nothing to write home about. All in all, I wouldn't stay there again. It seems as though they really didn't work too hard to ensure guests were comfortable. Oh yah, the picture of the pool looks inviting, wouldn't know, it wasn't working when we were there.

Don't let the exterior fool you; this place is a gem! Our room was gorgeous, like out of a magazine. Large, immaculate, comfortable, and more LED lighting than Home Depot. It felt more like a living room in a trendy condo than a hotel. The bathroom was fantastic, although the opaque window between the shower and living space was a bit awkward for me and my son. We even had a backyard with fruit trees! The host told us these four rooms separate from the main hotel were just renovated, so I don't know how the rest of the hotel looks. Request one of these rooms and you'll be happy.

We only had a few minutes to try out the pool before dinner, but it felt so good to dip our aching feet into the waterfall. Dinner and breakfast buffets were some of the best food we had on our trip.

The epitome of the proper family business. The rooms are large and comfortable, spotlessly clean! The staff is funny and kind. We had dinner on our reservation and although there was another group in the buffet area besides us the food was hot and the service impeccable. A big thank you to Mrs. Maria for her service and kindness.

This is a very tired facility that seems to primarily cater to budget tour groups. If you are looking for something basic and inexpensive, if you get a good price, maybe it will work for you. Specifics: staff is nice, internet is so slow that I could not post this review until I left the place, and the food is pretty bad.

I stayed on June 6, 2023. The motel has a great staff that was very kind and helpful. Wonderful meal! Best food on my trip thanks to the staff (Sef Foteini cooked what I had but not sure if she cooked it all. If not, thanks to everyone that was involved)! Would definitely stay again. Thanks to everyone!

We were on a bus tour so this hotel was chosen by the tour company. It was not fancy but fine for one night. We enjoyed the pool. The food was buffet style with a good variety for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff was nice, the place was clean.

I plan to be there by January 2 or 3 2018 - would the hotel be open and the services running (spa, gym)? Thanks
