1- the hotel is not on the point at the map. They put it by the sea and next to main road but it is far from everything. 2- the manager / owner is so Ruth that he doesn't listen the customers. He is on his way. Leave him like that. 3- He tried to charge extra fee that isn't...

When we arrived at the hotel, there was the old guy at the reception who was unaware of our booking. He was unfriendly and not so welcoming. Even though it was stated on our booking that they accept major credit cards, they refused to get our payment by credit card and advised us to go to the city center and...

The location of the hotel is quiet and relaxing, a few kilometers out of the town. The staff was helpful and friendly, the service was good, the room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious, also nice and clean bathroom and there was always hot water. The beakfast was okay, basic things, not for a 4 star hotel, but in general...

We stayed there for 2 nights on August 2011 and it was very relaxing. As the hotel was located out of the city and about 300m off the main road, it was one of the quietest places we've ever been. No cars, no sound, you could actually hear the wind blowing, the trees' leaves moving, singing birds in the morning...

We stayed there last September but I am glad to have the chance to report the completely unacceptable behaviour of the owner. He treated us like children of the kindergarten -not to say like animals- and even yelled when we asked for an external line to make a call, or the bed sheets to be changed because he sat on...

We were so pleased to discover the Panorama, hidden off the main road, serene and quiet in a country that is generally very noisy. The staff were super, friendly and helpful even though we were paying a reduced off-season rate. The only downside to the Panorama is that the main road is divided so access from the west means finding...

We went for a Weekend in April. The hotel location is far away from the city (5 klm) even from a bus station (approx 10 minutes walking distance). The room was nice and big. the reception and the breakfast Saal were clean. As about the breakfast!!! What an adventure!!!! It was self service buffet (very very poor) with some eggs...
