I've lived in some very small quarters before having worked on a ship for nearly two years and this room made me feel very claustrophobic. The room's bathroom is remarkably small and the shower, toilet, and sink is all in one - the sink's faucet also controls the shower spicket. The rooms have bunkbeds and for good reason, the top... I was traveling with my parents to copenhage for 2 days, and booked this hotel for one night. website Photo looks very good but in actual, this hotel rooms are really really small and congested. really small openings to window so you wont get enough fresh air. some time you feel suffocated. Rooms are not cleaned properly, Electric Kettle was... More

We knew the room was going to be small and extremely basic and it certainly was: a bunk bed, a counter opposite with a small tv. Not enough room for two people to move around at the same time, and the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. All that was fine as we really only used the room to bathe... More

Look at the pictures and you know what you get. Small rooms looking like a cruise ship cabinet. Our room also had a lot of spiders and spiderwebs in the ceiling so probably it's not the cleanest hotel in town. Location ok if you are doing business near by and the city center can be reached with public transportation easily.

Pretty easy to find from the train station. 2 stops from the airport. 7 mins walk. Check in was a little slow however not difficult. Room on 9th floor, 3 lifts. Key card, opened door to a very small "cabin" bunk beds, TV, shelving for clothing and an all in one shower, sink and toilet. No AC so very stuffy... More

I said that last time staying in Esbjerg, but I tried also Copenhagen and I have to say, the concept is working, it is the same either you are on the west or east coast. and it is terrible. for me at least. maybe I am too strange, but no. no, thank you. P.S.: forget about wi-fi, it works at... More

The rooms is quite small but if you only need to sleep in the place and be away during the days it is a good and cheap place to stay. In the near area there is public transports and also a shopping place in walk distance. If you need to park your car there is a small extra fee.

Staying in Amager

Neighbourhood Profile
Amager
In the eastern part of this neighbourhood, visitors will discover Amager Strandpark, a beach area which has become increasingly popular. It’s only a 30 minute bicycle ride or a 10 minute Metro trip away from the city center. Only a few hundred yards inland, some of the most creative musicians, artists, and writers in Copenhagen are occupying some of the old storage houses and production facilities. The western part is one of Copenhagen's most rapidly evolving areas, here you’ll find international architecture of the highest rank, the state of the art TV-Byen (the Danish pendant to BBC), a golf course as well as Copenhagen's best (and tiniest) ice bar.
