This is a hotel that has seen better days. The interior decor hasn't been updated for many years and the carpets are worn out. The bed I got had a sagging middle but the pillows were soft.
Brekkie was nothing to write home about, typical...More
No more buffets with dressed up with a fancy name...average. There was the usual dishes including every kind of herring that you could want...we just didn't want. The desserts were good and the salads were ok as well.
We stayed a night on 2 occasions as we were going on a cruise and return. The first room (514) was tight and an improvised shower! The room was also small. On the second occasion, we were fortunate to get a room for 4 with...More
Hotel is older, but very clean and in a good location near Tivoli Gardens. We did not have breakfast there, but the staff was very helpful and patient answering our questions. Room was fine - bed was actually comfortable - but as stated in other...More

This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and
hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
