This is a great 3-star hotel for Copenhagen. It's close enough to the action, without all the hustle and bustle and it represents great value. There are great little touches around the place (look under the bed) and these elevate the hotel and give it personality. The beds are comfy and the decor is minamilist Danish in greys and yellow....

very comfortable hotel, great efficient service, loved their cosy hour (hour every day where they serve you a free wine or beer to enjoy in the lounge). We had a room on the 6th floor which was a bit small (had to be careful not to hit our heads on the ceiling), but was very comfortable otherwise.

We stayed in Ibsen hotel for a long weekend. Very nice hotel located close to Norreport Station which is on the line from the Airport. Plenty of restaurants in the area too. The hotel do a cozy hour from 5-7 where you can get a glass of wine or a beer on the house. Room was a little on the...

The location is superb and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I was greeted with a glass a wine during their "cozy hour" for their guests. It was perfect idea for me to unwind before starting my adventure in Copenhagen. The room is equipped with the most basic essentials you need; nothing too fancy but not shabby. The bed...

As always, we love to hear comments, questions, suggestions or spottings from our guests. Of course it's also welcome while you are staying with us. First of all, we are very glad that you enjoyed your stay. We really appreciate that you mention the hooks and shelves and completely get the idea about not using space on large wardrobes. Our...

We stayed here for 2 nights as a base to explore the city. The location is great, we were able to walk to the centre of town easily, and we're also in easy 2alking distance of some amazing cafes and restaurants. The rooms are clean and stylish and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic - delicious pastries and bread, cheese,...

My friend found a excellent rate for this hotel and we were very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was very friendly, the free drink at 'cosy hour' was a great addition, and the beds were very comfortable (which is so important after a long day of walking). The location is fantastic, so close to Norreport station and...

Thank you so much for your kind words. We already look forward to welcoming you again! We are very fond of your appreciation of Ibsens Hotel, and the fact that you enjoyed your stay - despite of the Copenhagen design of the bathrooms. Next time I recommend that you give our New Nordic breakfast a try. it's an experience of...

This was my first visit to Copenhagen. This hotel is very central and within a short walk of the great bars North of the canal and the central business areas. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room although basic was okay although I would suggest that whilst the cleaners clean underneath the beds and place a sign...

Thank you for reviewing us. Great that your stay overall was nice! We are glad that you appreciated our location, which we also think is one of the best in Copenhagen. We are really sorry about the space between the beds. I have forwarded your review to our house-keeping at Ibsens Hotel. They are very keen on their cleaning and...

Been here for a few days. The room is small but good value for money. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The biggest plus is the location, it is close to the city centre and station norreport which takes you to the airport in 10-15 minutes. They even have a free drink waiting for you daily at 5...

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip for over a week. The room is quite basic not having any tea or coffee making facilities, no iron, no safe, no wardrobe etc.. The bathroom was a complete wet room which isn't that large, so as you could imagine everything gets very wet and looks old. During my stay the...

Thank you for reviewing us. Great that my nice colleagues in the front office are appreciated. As you noticed, we don’t have aircon at our hotel equivalent to most hotels in Scandinavia. Regarding the dripping shower, you really should have asked reception for a change of room or for a repair. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are...
