I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The main level has the check-in desk which also serves as a small bar for purchasing beer and wine which you can enjoy in the lobby which is comprised of several adjoining rooms that could pass for a typical modern flat (think oversized sitting chairs, a couch, desk, etc.). There is also...

The first thing that met me was a very nice receptionist. She informed med about the hotel, dinner possibilities, breakfast and provided me with a map of the city and guided me. The suite was cosy yet with a lot of room and very nice.

The hotel was in good location next to the train station and the Tivoli gardens. A five to ten minutes walk from the city center and the shopping district. The rooms were clean but not very spacious. The staff was polite.

Good location next to the main station and close to the center of the city. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room had an old-fashion style compared to new business hotels, but was really cozy.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in early November. The hotel is of a very high standard. The decor and furnishings are beautiful and the bed one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The location is brilliant. 2 minutes from shops and restaurants. 5 minutes from the central station and a bus or short walk to...

This hotel is very centrally located just 5 minutes walk from the central station. The location feels quite safe even if a bit insalubrious thanks to having a strip club opposite! The reception staff were perfectly pleasant and registration quick. We were told our room was in "the other building" which was a bit alarming. We were right to be...

Overall, pleasant but work certainly needs to done in the rooms. Shower heads that leak, we asked for it to be fixed and nothing happened, same with the extractor fan in the bathroom. They did manage to change a light bulb though. As mentioned in the title, for the price you pay you would expect tea and coffee making facilities...

Dear Coppermunky, Thanks for your review - we appreciate it. I am sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations. Regarding the technical errors you experienced; our technician tried to repair the mentioned mistakes, but regarding the fan and the leak of the shower, there is an explanation for this and it cannot be fixed...

5 mins from Central Station, 5 mins from Tivoli, large array of good quality bars and restaurnts nearby. Clean comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Dual street aspect with night clubs adjacent. This was no problem but might be in summer if you need windows open. Breakfast OK but at £13 would have expected more variety ie selection of fresh...

The standard rooms are a bit small but very silent, which is good for resting. Cleanness could be improved: the place overall is ok, but here and there some inaccuracies can be noticed, such as spiderwebs at the windows. Good location, nice hall with small intimate lounges, excellent (but a bit expensive) breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located in Copenhagen which is great. The rooms are quite big and if you get deluxe you can enjoy the snackbar and beverage in the room (1 sofa, 1 tonic, 2 beer). The linen seems quite old and worn out. Would have liked crisp linen which is something you would expect in a decent hotel. The...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
