Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and was upgraded which was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean and also very warm considering how cold it was outside. The breakfast was generous with cold selections and hot options available, very satisfying. The location of the hotel was perfect and was within walking distance to all the major attractions and...

This hotel is amazingly well located. It is exceptionally clean. Breakfast has plenty of choice. The downstairs bar is open late and also has good choice. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. Nice quiet rooms which are well insulated.

The room was very large for typical rooms in Copenhagen. There was nice design and we were happy with the price, just what we expected. Decent location and nice staff. Downsides: No minifridge, had to ring a bell to get in and out of the hotel after certain hours. Won't stay here again unless we really need to.

We stayed here for a long weekend and what a joy it was. The staff are young, friendly, and efficient. (special mention must go to Mickola on reception who was super helpful and even managed to get us tickets for the opera) The hotel is situated conveniently near a metro station which brings you directly from the airport, 7 minutes...

We chose this hotel because of it's location very close to Nyhavn & the rest of central Copenhagen. It's a 10 minute walk from a M2 metro station, and a additional 14 minutes from the airport. The hotel has a very 1960 & 70's feel to it, with the décor, wood work & old style keys with massive fobs. We'd...

Booked this hotel for a family trip for my Mum's 70th birthday - a surprise for her as she found out on the day of travel. Prior to leaving I emailed with a few queries and received immediate replies. One was for a bath in the room as she won't use a shower which they said they would try to...

After much indecision, as rates were very high everywhere when I visited, due to two special events in town, I booked here to get more reasonable rates. Glad I did. The great: helpful staff, excellent location, clean and mostly modern hotel, super breakfast. The less great (nothing was bad): tiny single room (but well designed so I didn't mind), no...

Friendly helpful staff. Unbelievably great breakfast. Copenhagen is an expensive city so a breakfast of this quality is gold. Great location, 5 minute walk to metro. 30 minutes to airport. Rooms are great but small, typical Europe.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very central location. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Metro. The breakfast was very good. Its a shame that the Best Western in Denmark is waaaay better than the ones in the states. I would stay here again.
