Travelling with husband nad 13-years old boy. The room was big enough for us. We had a double bed and sofa + a big table and television. The service was great. The hotel is located near Railway-station and the Tivoli-area. There is a short walk to the main shopping street.

Excellent location and easy to find with parking across the square. We had a view over the square with a balcony which was lovely. We'd been misinformed on the website about the room type which was very annoying, but the duty manager gave us a small discount and some beverage vouchers. That didn't make up for it, but it was...

Dear SnowdoniaCoast, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you stayed at Scandic Palace and not Scandic Copenhagen. Scandic Palace is our sister hotel located at the City Hall Square. I am happy to see that you did enjoye your time in Copenhagen.

First time with my family to Copenhagen, nice city for a family weekend. Regarding Scandic Copenhagen: The location is very good. Close to almost 'everything' in the city. The room was nice and clean, very nice beds! The breakfast was good, but a little chaotic due to loads of people.

Scandic Vester Soegade, is located in a very central area in Copenhagen, walking distance to the main square and Tivoli gardens, as well as the shopping street. It is next to the lake, which allows very nice view from the windows. What I like about this hotel is 1) The location, (walking distance to all major attractions) 2) The staff (they...

I stayed at the Scandic Copenhagen last weekend with friends and wasn't disappointed! The hotel staff were very friendly, the location was great, really handy having the central train station less than 10 minutes away and everything was well within waking distance. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of cereals, ham, cheese, pancakes and a cooked breakfast which set...

All in the crew were very service minded! Wonderful view from the window and a nice sofa next to the window. The breakfast was superb. You didn't have to ask for help, the staff helped you just by looking at you. " Do you want a map?" "The elevator is to the left." There is a toilet downstairs."

Really small room, cold on the floor, hardly hot water in the shower, you heard the neighbours a lot etc. I have stayed at many hotels in Copenhagen for about the same price, but this one was not nice. Also, breakfast is missing vegetables, fresh fruits and orange juice. (The concentrate they are serving should not be called orange juice)

Ok hotel, with nice conference facilities and great food. Small, slightly worn out rooms, but nicely furnished and good bed. Free Internet. Very hot in the room - and poorly functioning air conditioning.
