Upon arrival, very clean lobby/reception area. Check in process was very easy and staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Location is perfect...close to shopping, Tivoli Gardens and restaurants. Very nice...would definitely stay here again. We arrived early so our booked room wasn't ready. The hotel offered an upgrade to a superiorroom for 200dkk wich we accepted. And i'm glad we... More

nice and friendly staff, good breakfast, adequate room. Problems with the elevator because you need your room card to use it. And nobody seems to know how it works. So every time a new guest arrives, the same problem plays all over again...

The hotel has a good standard - the rooms have all amenities, the breakfast has all kinds of food one might want, the service is efficient but if you look for an uplifting experience you are in the wrong place. The location is very good - close to the center, Tivoli and the Central station as well as to the... More

Nice hotel ,comfortable rooms pleasant staff and very central. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice and kept well stocked.tivoli gardens just a couple of minutes walk away and a metro station across the road makes this an ideal place for a city break.

The Imperial hotel is a standard four star hotel. Nothing memorable but the location is excellent, close to all the sights and train and bus. The service is excellent. The standard double rooms are quite small so it is advisable to take a better room. The breakfast is very standard and the coffee not very good.

I often have to go for work to Copenhagen and the Imperial is by far my favourite place to stay. Spacious room, even if you book for 1 person you get a double room. Super wifi ( a must!!) nice breakfast. In centre of Copenhagen near central station nice reestaurants near by.

This hotel is situated very close to the city hall and station. The staff are very friendly (As is the Danish way) and all very happy and to help. Around 5 minutes to the station and the same to city hall and the gateway to the main sights and attractions, you couldn't want for anything else. Couple of things to... More

This is such a hotel that delivers exactly enough without too much hassle or extra service. We are a whole bunch that's where the seminar. They handled that pretty good and i guess this is a classic hotel for big meetings. At arrival i get offered to adjust the standard up one grade for 300 kroner (35 dollars). I except,... More

Unbeatable location and value for money. Very cosy and comfortable hotel. Rooms were spacious and again warm and comfortable. Very quiet hotel, no noise from corridor or surrounding rooms. Very modern bathroom.

I'm overall satisfied with my stay (two nights) at this hotel. The room was nice and roomy enough, the bathroom as well. The personnel were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet good enough.
