Nice and comfartable hotel. Clean rooms, really quite. Friendly people really good for business or vacation and totally fine for family. Large breakfast buffet. Distraction free environment. Definitely a place to stay while in Copenhagen.

We only stayed a night in our way to somewhere else, it was okay.
The boiler for hot water didn't work in our room, so we didn't get any coffee, but we didn't complain as it wasn't that important to us
Stayed here for one night with family. Hotel's position is good for visiting the city and tivoli. Parking in front was a nice surprise. Big comfortable room with excellent bed and sheets.

My elderly mother had a fall the morning after she arrived at this hotel. There is an unmarked small step leading into the bathroom and my mother sadly fell down this and suffered multiple fractures to her hip. As she couldn't crawl to the telephone...More
